My husband , our friend and I went to red lion steakhouse a few days ago and we were very upset with the service we got from one of the waitresses. We all ordered a drink , it took 20 mins for me to get my drink but the guys got theirs within 5 mins. Plus the waitress was very flirty with my husband as she had her hands all over him rubbing his arms up and down multiple times. She was also taking shots behind the bar and was half cut. Very poor service and I will never go back.

Service was friendly but understaffed. Dining room and bathroom were clean. Music was good. Sadly the food and pricing were abysmal. The majority of the food was under seasoned. $15 for a single scotch egg is crazy, as is $7 for several small fried olives. Mains don't include sides, despite being $25+. Mac and cheese consisted of a couple ounces of noodles for $22. Sheppard's pie was a dish of mashed potatoes with some tough pieces of what was supposed to be pulled brisket. Overall the offerings were very disappointing but when combined with the price, this may very well have been the worst dining experience I've ever had. In addition the stalls in the men's room don't lock.

Was in passing through on my trip East & wanted a Dog friendly patio, so decided to try the Red Lion - BIG MISTAKE!
First they gave me water in a dirty glass, then went to order a beer & everything I asked for they were out of. They have a dog menu as well, but everything on that was out too.
Ended up ordering a brisket sandwich (which was good, but nothing spectacular) when it arrived the only side was coleslaw and it looked like it was a month old - rotten pieces in it 🤮 and when I asked about Fries they said those were extra $7…on top of the $26 sandwich WHAT?!?
Also for a drink when my waitress finally came back, asked if they had ciders, said yes - but my drink came last & it was disgusting, super vinegary not anything I could drink.
Service took forever, had to ask for water for my dog & when I asked for my bill I was presented with a bill that had the beer I didn’t drink & the pup treat my dog didn’t get & ZERO discount for the rotten coleslaw! Definitely not worth the $30 I ended up paying

Were initially informed ribs were sold out, then were told kitchen 'found some'. The kitchen didn't even attempt to hide the fact that they were boiled and not smoked for the 6 hrs as described on the menu. They were tasteless but my dogs did enjoy them.
The rest of the food was decent though priced a little high for the quality. Sticky tables, sticky salt and pepper shakers, never did get my second drink, they should also consider acknowledging customers waiting at the door even if they are a tad busy ( maybe 4 tables - two waitresses) instead of looking the opposite direction as they walk by ya lol We should have maybe left at that red flag. Unfortunate, as the menu looks good, decent surroundings.

Ordered the goat cheese salad and Mac and cheese. Exceptionally poor portion size (what you would expect as a side dish, not a full portion) for the price. Food was bland, not likey to order takeout from here again.
After waiting a long time between drinks and our food order we waited another 45 minutes just to be told they didn’t have any more of what we ordered when we paid we were overcharged and all in all the service was very lacking we don’t blame the servers the management needs to have more staff on there was only 2 servers for the busy patio and full restaurant
