This is the first place we hit up when we come back to Thuner Bay. Moved to Southern Minnesota 25 years ago and we can't wait to eat awesome Chinese food! The Chinese food in the U.S. is garbage! We were very sad to hear that the owners are not well and that is why they have cut hours. Too bad their kids didn't learn traditional cooking to keep an awesome restaurant going. Just hope they will still be around for our next visit?

Can't determine if the restaurant has closed permanently or just temporarily. For the last two (?) months, though, I haven't seen the store open even for a few hours.

Sorry to say I was disappointed in last nights dinner. The Spring rolls were greasy...the chicken balls dry and overcooked and everything tasted like it had been cook in old oil. Sad cause I usually really enjoy food from here!

I Ordered the dinner for two and it was delicious. The chicken balls were a little bit tough but everything else was spot on. I Highly recommend this restaurant for us good food and friendly service.

We didn't like the food. We ordered Beef and Broccoli, Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken balls and spring rolls. The food was completely bland and had no flavour. No garlic, no salt, no ginger, no spices whatsoever. And they were very cheap with the beef as there was hardly any beef in the stir fry at all. We literally had to divide the beef among us and we each got 3 small pieces each of beef on our plates. The spring rolls were completely saturated with grease right through, totally flavourless and grease poured out when they were broken open. The chicken balls were tough and dry, even our kids wouldn't touch them.We ended up throwing our plates in the trash. It was simply not good at all.I called the restaurant back to comment on our bad experience and they said they don't use garlic, salt or spices in their cooking because most people don't like garlic. I've never heard of anyone who doesn't like chinese food with garlic, ginger and soy sauce in it.We won't be ordering again.
