None of the above. I went for breakfast and the lady who served me didn’t say good morning to, all she said was what can I get you. So I said a western breakfast and she was not too happy about it. Then huffed about just because she had to make it so I told her I don’t want it if you’re going to be like that. So I had I said to her are you glad I didn’t ask for 4 western’s, and she said that wouldn’t have happen. She need and have a better costumer service attitude. Or be more professional about her position.

I'm new to the area and discovered Robin's after having an awful experience with harassment from the staff at Tim Hortons down the street. The staff at Robin's was very friendly and professional. Interacting with friendly and capable staff in the morning is a delight and a positive way to start one's day. I got an old fashioned plain to share with my pups but it was awesome because they also had dog treats for them too. I very highly reccomend this coffee shop. Originally I'm from a small town and I appreciate being seen as a person as opposed to a number. I felt like a person as a customer at Robin's as opposed to a number being at the local Tim Hortons.

Prefer robins over tim hortons & always have, much larger portions for better prices and was a constant pregnancy craving for robins BLTS, robins eggs, and their mango smoothies! Plus I have so many childhood memories of every single morning my mother taking me with for her coffee and you guys giving me 3 chocolate robins eggs before school <3

This place is hilarious, just hit the drive thru up to see what I'm talking about.
Tried to get breakfast this morning but was greeted by the most insufferable woman I've ever encountered, honestly reminded me of the restaurant on TikTok where they purposely are rude to customers.
Either way I thought it was funny, wasn't in a rush just was surprised that this place operates like this.

Came here before work one morning for a coffee and some breakfast. We went through the drive thru and the lady asked us what we wanted, went silent for a minute and then comes back and goes “what was it that you wanted” as she completely forgot we were there and must have started doing something else. Extremely rude and unprofessional as well, does not care about customers and will never go back here again. Probably the worst service I’ve ever had in my entire life. Miserable woman.

Every time I come here they have no pizza, or no carrot cake. It's so disappointing because they never have the best menu items readily available.

That older lady with a loud voice is rude , she has red hair and she yelled at us to just come to the front and she looks like she doesn’t like her job she just threw our bag of muffins at us and the coffee was wrong, we are not coming back here ! ?

Just went to this Robin's for w breakfast sandwiches. No one but me in the restaraunt so not busy at all. When I ordered my sandwiches without cheese the server freaked out about having to pick the cheeses off the pre made sandwich. I had the same order yesterday and I had no problems. The server seemed to forget I was her customer. I left with nothing. So this server was rude and very unprofessional. So zero stars for rude server.
