The location was just purchased by a new owner and they’re already showing vast improvement! Staff are super friendly. Store is immaculate. Food offerings are well displayed. The butter tart I ordered along with the coffee and donut was perfect. Can’t wait to see the additional changes and improvements they’ll be making over the next little while. Thank you!

I had a very bad experience today morning, a lady with short hair was working at robins, I asked her for a tuna sandwich, at-first I was given a croissant bun when I asked about it, I was told that this is all we had. I went with it as I was hungry but after it was done and I asked to grill it, she literally kept it in the grill for 5 seconds and took it out! I asked her about that and I was told there is a line up and she is working by herself. I understand that sometimes it gets busy but if you expect me to pay in full, I expect good food and not half-done food with a sprinkle of rudeness!

P.S if you are not happy with where u are please quit, no one is at the hospital for fun.

I was there about 2 weeks ago visiting my mom and there were 3 ladies behind the counter the whole time I was there all I heard was them gossiping about there other co worker. Than not only that but the older lady with the short hair was so rude to a customer she wanted her sandwich grilled and the lady had already packed the sandwich with out even giving her that option she than threw it on the grill literally and said you know some people don’t like to stay at work past there quitting time. She was so rude and obnoxious! I will never go here again and I been coming there for years now. That one person ruined it for me. Get a different job you old bat if it’s to much for you to stay 2 mins past your “quitting time” and have some respect you don’t know what someone is going threw in a hospital. You should be ashamed of yourself!

Second day in hospital went for coffee only had a toonie since my wallet was at home as I came by ambulance. I asked the lady what size I could get for 2.00 she said it’s 2.10 and I didn’t have a dime she did not offer to pay the 10cents for me??? Luckily the lady behind me did and offered to pay for my coffee ☕️ so there are awesome people out there but the lady making my coffee wasn’t one of them even when she saw me struggling to operate a wheel chair for the first time ever and obviously in pain.

I went down in my wheelchair again today with enough money for a coffee the guy made it and I paid put the coffee between my legs and away I went in my wheelchair only the coffee fell on my way outside. I know my fault however I wheeled back to robins and explained my coffee fell assuming he would just replace it but nope ? once again a kind lady paid for my replacement coffee thank you do much!!
Long story short maybe the workers should try and have some compassion towards their customers who most of are in pain and suffering or learning how to use wheelchairs walkers crutches etc
I am still in hospital and will not be back to robins!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: The counter where you order doesn’t have enough space

There's almost always a big line up here, but most of the employees work pretty hard to get you served as quickly as possible.

Parking: It's expensive to park at the hospital but Robin"s food is 100% better than the hospital food they sell in the cafeteria and feed to their patients.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of options for children.

Wheelchair accessibility: The hospital is of course wheelchair accessible therefore Robin's is as well

Staff at this location are amazing!!There is always a line being it’s in the hospital but it doesn’t seem to affect the staff at all. Smiles and well wishes for your day are always conveyed. Food is tasty, fresh and made to your preference ?

Slow slow slow every single visit. Staff doing everything but serve customers when line up is out the door.

I am counting the fact that they do not take any credit cards under poor service, banana muffin was just a white cake muffin.
