Trendy place, especially during the name that tune night. Great menu on draught, several beer styles available, but no real tasty hazy ipa. Fair pricing for what you get

Good beers on a Saturday afternoon. A gem in the heart of Thunder Bay. Adult place, leave them kiddies at home. I say YES!!!

Sleeping Giant Brewing Company is always a must-stop when in Thunder Bay! With a fantastic selection of craft beers, from hoppy IPAs to smooth lagers and creative seasonal brews, there’s truly something for every taste.

The spacious tap room offers plenty of room to relax and take it all in, while the outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying a pint with friends.

On this visit, the chance to sit outside and soak up the warmth of the October sun made it extra special - the perfect pairing to a great beer. A true Thunder Bay gem that keeps getting better with every visit!

If you love beer and visit Thunder Bay, it is worth it to stop by. The beer was very good and the staff was nice. Definitely recommended

Great space, great staff. Restaurant inside the brewery but shorter hours than the brewery. Nice selection of beers, sours and sodas.

We loved the vibe at this Brewery. The upstairs level especially is so nice. We loved sipping on our flight and playing one of the games they had on hand. Great beer and great service!

They have a store in the front and a bar in the back. You can choose four beers for a flight. The spruce one was probably my favourite. The bartender and saleswoman in the store were both very friendly.

Amazing visit. Always wanted to try their beer and was directed to three great brews easily. The team know their product and make great recommendations! Can’t wait to return.

Visited on a Monday. Rock solid beer, friendly staff, and a chill environment.

The brewery was great, 5 stars, the beer was excellent and the ambiance is fantastic. However, the food was 1 star. It took well over an hour to get our order (we finished an entire game of cribbage and 2 beers) before 1 of our orders came and then another 15 minutes for our second order and the nachos we toasted to a crisp.

Stopped im for a short visit and wanted to pick up some beer for family back home. Staff was very helpful in choosing the right options. I also especially liked that they give back to the community.
Definitely worth the stop!
And while I personally am not a beer drinker, my family all said it was great.

Decent brewery with an enjoyable, rustic decor. Cross selection of beers, ranging from some sort of pale ale (various), along with an oatmeal stout and (possibly, they were out) a sour. The service was good and the hospitality pleasant. The beer was good, but not exceptional. There is a lot of outdoor seating too.

Found my way to another brewery. Great beers. Would of loved to try more, but had to walk back to the hotel. Food was excellent if a bit small portions. More room for beer I suppose. Come with some patience, because it can be a bit of a line for beer and wait for food. All and all worth the visit.
