So bad and worst experience with customer service. Had to wait more than 20 minutes just for a drink, which is completely unreasonable. There was no communication or apology for the delay. Employees seemed more focused on internal discussions than serving customers, which made the wait even more frustrating. Top of that, the music was excessively loud and irritating, adding to the unpleasant experience. The overall service felt careless and unprofessional. Never coming back for this kind of service.

Worst coffee from starbucks i have ever had in my entire life. Ordered a Frappuccino and they literally forgot to add few things into it and now my coffee, my friends’s coffee and waffle literally is just sugar syrup. Waffles had big sugar chunks in it. My friends hot coffee is literally watery and we paid $38 for that order. Just a waste of money.

We ordered online to save some time and we recahed 15 mins after ordering thinking that our order would be ready. But then we have to wait in line for 10 mins to find out they dont even know that we ordered. They asked us what we ordered and they said they will make ot now.
Whats the point of ordering online from the app If I have to wait and order again at the counter and wait another 15 mins to get the order ready.
Horrible…worst experience ever. Very disappointed.

I wish i could give 0 start. Worst and unpleasant experience. Nana was literally yelling at me for no reason. No inclusiveness. Judging people and making faces like the other person is mad. Also got wrong order and warm snacks supposed to be warm but it was frozen.

Nana was the CSR, fire them.

Last two visits waited 25 -30 minutes at drive thru for 2 coffees. Line up of over 10 vehicles with service movimg at a snail's pace.Never using this location again.
