I wish i could give 0 start. Worst and unpleasant experience. Nana was literally yelling at me for no reason. No inclusiveness. Judging people and making faces like the other person is mad. Also got wrong order and warm snacks supposed to be warm but it was frozen.

Nana was the CSR, fire them.

Tyler At the Fort William location was amazing. Best customer service you could ask for. He deserves a raise and promotion to training staff !

Good, but not as I expected. I didn't get any dine-in options.

Last two visits waited 25 -30 minutes at drive thru for 2 coffees. Line up of over 10 vehicles with service movimg at a snail's pace.Never using this location again.

I believe they need more staff as right now im waiting 30 minutes just for a drink, its awful

30 minutes for 1 drink. What an absolute joke. Do yourself a favour and skip this location.

Good products. But the wait time to get your stuff is hell. Last time I was here it took 39 minutes to get my stuff. This time it took 15. There are no chairs to wait at.

I’m a total Starbucks girl, and let me tell you, the vibe here is unmatched! The cozy atmosphere is such a vibe, and the drinks? Iconic. Whether I’m grabbing my usual iced shaken espresso or trying something new, it’s always a slay. Plus, the staff is super chill, and it’s the perfect place to catch up with friends or just vibe with my playlist. Starbucks is seriously my go-to!

I arrived at the restaurant with my toddler who desperately needed to pee, there was no public bathroom but the lady let my daughter use the staff bathroom. I know rules have been different since Covid and not all places have public bathrooms but it was just really nice to have someone be kind and understand that 4 year olds don’t have bladder control. Thank you again for the amazing service and kindness ?
