Ordered Mocha cookie crumble frapp was the worst I ever had from any Starbucks. There was no taste of mocha, there are ice chunks not well blended at all, not sure why but whip cream at bottom and top!! Barista needs to be trained.

Rude male employee. I believe it was the manager Jacob. He made all my friends and I feel stupid and uncomfortable when ordering and used him being the manager an exscuse to be rude to customers. He would often comment on my orders saying if they were bad or good like he was the one ordering telling me I shouldn’t get it if it was not what he liked. His tone is always very rude. Once when being in his way he wasn’t polite at all and screamed at me to move out of his way not saying excuse me or anything and not apologizing. He would also make jokes towards me for liking a pink drink calling it typical for being a teenaged girl. The woman working with him was very polite and made the drink well. She was great.
When ever I come to your Starbucks the man who’s a little bit bigger (I don’t know his name) but he is always very rude and not personal, when ever he makes a joke I will laugh even if it’s not good or makes me feel uncomfortable but the one time I made a joke he got very angry and started raising his voice in a mean way and was saying he’s the manager but that does not make it okay to talk to customers that way and the other time me and my friends were waiting in line and we didn’t see him and he was coming with a cart full of stuff and he yelled “move” and continued to untill we moved instead of saying excuse me

This Starbucks has been very good the last few times I’ve ordered from here! Friendly staff and my drinks always good! Didn’t catch a name of the gal who was working but we were here the 21st of Sept at 5:30:)

I've been to this location many times in the past and it was good, but the last few times I've been there have been a bad experience. I ordered through mobile and picked up this evening in the drive thru and on top of waiting for over 15 minutes with only one car ahead of me, every item in my order was wrong in some way. I ordered a tall hot chocolate and it tasted like just plain warm milk. Also I know they leave room for whipped cream on top (which had fully melted by the time I got to the drive thru window), but they literally only filled half my cup with the actual drink. Normally there's only a small area at the top left for whipped cream so leaving that much space is ridiculous. I get that mistakes happen but it's especially frustrating when it's every item in the order and everything there is so expensive! I don't blame the employees at all, they are definitely not being trained properly by management and then just left to flounder on their own with no help. This location needs to start doing better to live up to the high Starbucks prices.

Eanok was so AMAZING today that I had to ask him for his name! He gave such great service and it was so nice how he was friendly even though I was ordering just minutes to the location closing. He was so patient, chatted, made my day and I enjoyed my drink! I really love this Starbucks location a lot because it's in Safeway so after I'm done grocery shopping, I can just branch here to get a drink and head home! ❤️

Don’t recommend Arthur street Thunder Bay. Went through drive through yesterday and it took 15min for them to get through 4 cars. Lesson learned. Went inside today. Place is empty, looks well staffed, but it took 10min to get acknowledged by the barista (they all avoided eye contact with me). Then it took 15min to get my coffee and latte. Legit, no exaggeration. I kept asking if my order was started and she kept lying and saying yes as she worked on mobile orders (most of which just sat there). Eventually got my drinks once manager came out from back and asked me why I was agitated (I am visibly pregnant and showing my emotions on my sleeve but anyone would after 20min). Might be friendly employees on another day but poor ability to prioritize customers in store and treat them well. WORST SERVICE!! Unacceptable. Take my advice, take a gamble on drive through or mobile order. Still faster than a 25min delay in your day. Yes, I would have demanded a refund and walked out or tell my waiting husband and cranky baby to do drive thru but barista kept saying it was coming.

The worst taste in the Tbay. Unkind clerk and terrible wating time, unfresh ingredients, and too slow working process. This shope should be closed asap. The worst terrible awful place in Tbay.
