My husband went in to grab us some drinks before we hit the road to Winnipeg today and was told they didn't have coffee. What kind of Starbucks doesn't have coffee?

Went to get a cold brew and they said that the machine wasn’t working. I said never mind and walked to my car. I then opened their app and seen they had Ice coffee (same thing) and went back in to ask. By then the line was around the corner and when I asked “do you have ICE coffee” they said “yes” I then said “well I’m not waiting now and you should have said that” just pure incompetence and lack of care. How do you not offer someone an alternative when you don’t have something?

Dude working tonight gave zero f’s about drink quality. My fault really for coming to this location, pardon me, should have known better. Refreshers are arguably the easiest drinks to make. Just follow the directions on the shaker cup! Dude free poured the juice concentrate, put a single splash of coconut milk in and hardly any ice. Gave it two pathetic little shakes and handed it off. I’m not about to stand over a grown man and walk him through doing his job. I literally bought myself a box of coconut milk from the store so I could re shake it when I got home. Photo is immediately after receiving it. Thumbs down.

Passing through Thunder Bay and stopped in for a quick coffee. Not sure how they managed to mess up and made my drink with Oat Milk instead of Whole Milk. Literally no other options to stop and even get a coffee elsewhere once back in the road so this was pretty disappointing.

I find it incredibly frustrating that this location is always out of everything! The manager really needs to step up and restock necessary items. It's very disappointing as a customer, especially when my daughter looks forward to her favorite drinks only to find out they are out of everything! This situation is a big thumbs down from me!

So inconvenient now that Safeway put up barricades. I used to like paying for my groceries amd grabbing a coffee on my way out. Now it’s inaccessible - you either have to abamdon your cart, go outside, and come back in to order; or put your groceries in your vehicle and come back inside. I just leave and drive to Tim’s instead.

This starbucks has declined since the little blonde girl was in charge of it. The middle aged woman there now is rude and very slow. Also drinks never seem to be made correctly unless certain staff are working in the evenings. I can also agree with someones elses comment about Megan P, she is really fast and always awesome when she serves me.
There are too many coffee choices for me. Friendly staff. Clean place.

Megan P is the absolute best! The service is just not the same when she isn’t working. She always is so friendly and makes my drinks so perfect. Best in the city! I love how she will recommend new things. I’m always disappointed when she isn’t working as I know my drinks won’t be as good.
