I ordered 2 drinks. when I asked for a tray in the bag, the manager refused my request and insisted the tray in the bag is for delivery only.

I’ve always been very happy with this Starbucks. Years ago, my little one accidentally placed an order on my phone. By the time I arrived, the foam had already collapsed. The staff noticed it on their own and immediately made a new drink for me. I really appreciated that!
It’s been years since then, and I still come here often. I order drinks regularly, pick them up, and sometimes sit inside to meet people or enjoy some quiet time with my family. I’ve never been disappointed. The staff, the flavour of my customized drinks, the atmosphere, and the cleanliness are always excellent.
I recently saw the news about many Starbucks stores closing in Ontario. I checked the list and was so relieved to see that this location is not one of them.
I also want to highlight how friendly and welcoming the staff always are, which really brighten my day!

Well…this Starbucks has been here a while but I’ve not gone in. Parking and drive-thru are a bit awkward. I’m not the biggest fan of Starbucks to begin with. But…. This place has great atmosphere! It is clean and very friendly. Lots of places to sit. I’ll be back to hang out. Good job!

I was just at the drive-thru and was told they no longer offer lactose-free milk. While disappointing, that in itself is not an issue. However, while waiting at the window, I used my vape as I have in the past. Another worker (not the one handling my order) came to the window and abruptly yelled that vaping or smoking is not allowed in the drive-thru. I completely understand and respect that policy, but the way it was said was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.
When I calmly replied, “That’s okay,” she snapped back with, “What did you say?” I repeated politely, and she rolled her eyes before walking away. The tone and attitude made it clear she was intentionally being dismissive.
I have no problem following the rules, but there’s no reason for staff to speak to customers that way. Unfortunately, this Starbucks location has consistently shown unkind service, and I won’t be returning. The Starbucks inside Safeway on Arthur Street has friendlier staff and still offers lactose-free milk.

Please stir your drinks coffee's etc, its continual and bad especially when you are paying that much for a coffee. who is ever is making it pls stir the coffee

Not worth the expense. The coffees are not great. I've had coffee that tasted like it was in the pot for a couple hours, old and bitter. The desserts are not worth the it.

35 minute wait for two lattes just to be told theyre missing the oat milk required for most of their festive drinks.
