We were on the way back home and decided to visit oliver rd. As per google the closing time was 10:00 pm. When I parked the car there was a staff inside and lights were on. So we tried to go inside with my family including a small baby ( it takes time to prepare a baby out of baby seat) and found out the doors were locked but as per the door sign closing time was 10:00 pm. Disappointed and went back to the car and see another couple facing the same issue. That time the staff was cleaning the store.
* If your store advertised to be open until a certain time then it should.
* Make sure you guys put a visible electronic sign open/ closed so that even if you guys have to close early for a reason customers will not get disappointed I was.

Went with my boyfriend once and only he was served. The guy behind the counter started closing everything up while I stood there waiting and did not even look at me until my bf spoke up and said I was waiting to order (I am a woman). We decided to try it out one more time and had another bad experience. Vegetables were turning brown and the person making our sandwiches picked out the bad stuff in their hand, threw it away, and continued to find better looking pieces to use. I threw up twice within an hour after eating there. Bathroom was also not clean at all, long black hair everywhere.

I gave this Subway location one last chance the other day and they, once again, demonstrated terrible customer service and an inability to follow direction. The last time I was there they had no salad bowls. The time before, they were out of several meat options. My order was very basic and very simple but they didn’t read the order or didn’t care to follow the instructions. My children love Subway and unfortunately this is the closest to our home. We won’t make this mistake again. Keep driving to the next location for better service.

The guy working on this subway on 27th of may at 7pm, he's the worst guy i have ever encountered in the hospitality industry, i can't imagine that this guy refused to give me a glass of water to drink as i was thirsty. I also work in a restaurant but we never deny someone a glass of water that too in this scorching heat, it's not like that it was my first time asking for water in a subway, you guys ruined my whole experience with the subway, i hope the manager looks into this matter.

Horrible . Whent downhill bad . No English speaking workers. Food quality is trash . Never get a order right an complain when you correct them . An lately the window has been smashed for over a month not even cleaned up . Last time il be stopping here

Me and my friend went in at 9:30 (they close at 10) right off the bat he was very rude he was on his phone and than when I walked in he started 3 foot longs for a skip and told me I’d have to wait so i did no problem but than he was rude taking my order and than my friend went to pay for hers with cash at 9:40 and he said he can’t take cash because he counted the tills already(we can’t count the tills until the door is looked at my work) and than at 9:47 he told me that we had a minute to leave and I said that that’s kinda early and than he said he had to count the till? And than we sit for two minutes and finish our subs and as we’re literally up grabbing our stuff he gets mad and raises his voice saying he need to leave now very rudely and as we’re walking out the door my friend said relax and he got really mad and said something rude and literally closed the door on us like we weren’t even out yet…me and my friend were very nice when we walked in I even tipped but he was rude from the moment we walked in this was the worst service I’ve ever had coming from someone who works in fast food as well I’d be fired for acting the way he did

I had a disappointing experience with my recent order from Subway at 1072 Oliver Road. I ordered a #18NshstyHotCkn sub on multigrain bread, grilled, but when I received my order, it was on white bread and not grilled. This is frustrating because we spend money to get what we ordered, not just whatever is given.
I kindly request the staff to carefully review orders before making them. Attention to detail is crucial in food service, and mistakes like this can be easily avoided. Hoping for a better experience next time!
Wish there is a 0 star option, I would have given that. They don't have any sense of customer service. I Asked for extra toasted and they didn't do it. They were out of some sauce at the counter and didn't bother to go in get some more instead they were like we are out of it. They were serving like they are doing some favor to me even though I am paying. Never going back there. It happened on 29th December 2024 at around 3:40 pm.

The staff who was working on August 27 morning was extremely rude. She went inside a send another guy to take my order, who is from the same country as I am. He was no good either, he ended up literally throwing my sandwich onto the counter for me to pick up. Never ever go there!

Food and service are good. Nice and clean facility. Staff are competent, efficient, and friendly. Sometimes they hire young high school students that my husband feels like he's training because they don't always know their vegetables (funny and sad) but we have a good laugh and I remind him everyone has to start somewhere.
