I ordered through mobile app. I was waiting inside the restaurant. I let them knew i am waiting. They just made the food and kept somewhere else. They dont even tried to let me know my food was ready this is how they treat customers

I had a positive experience at Subway. The staff nicely followed my instructions, and the place was clean. However, there was a bit of a long wait in line. Despite that, I enjoyed my visit and appreciated the overall service.

Edit again: another bad review. First rst time back in years, staff very under trained."What kind of cheese, white or orange", I say "Monterey Jack". She says "is white or orange"... So I say okay just cheddar. She says "white or orange cheese" get to veggies. I ask for the works. She says what do you want on it. The works. She says peppers?

The sub was delicious and the customer service was excellent. I waited behind an incredibly rude and impatient lady who screeched at the employee working there about what she wanted on the sub, and only calmed down once she was shown (in an incredibly calm and respectful manner) that the sub had indeed been made exactly to her requests. I then had a wonderful chat with the staff member who acted like that was a common occurrence. I am so sorry that you have to deal with such behaviour, but you handled it professionally and appropriately.
