Do not go to this location. An employee overcharged me. When confronted, she made up different lies and acted like she didn't know what happened, blaming her coworker. All the time, she was yelling at me.

Came into the cumberland location earlier today and was not impressed. The music was loud and with the neon colours, it felt more like a club than a restaurant. The staff was efficient but very impersonal and borderline rude. I felt rushed and more of an inconvenience than anything. I will not be returning

Saw 2 6 inch subs for $5.99 on google maps, asked about the offer in store, was told it was valid. When paying was told the deal is not available and I needed to pay full price. Paid for one at $7.19 and left.

Ordered a sub with 5 sauces inside it when received the order, horribly less portion size. No sauces at all and less veggies compared to other subways. Even the rotisserie chicken filling was less, like literally sub was thin like holding just a loaf of bread wrapped in a paper.

Same thing with there rice bowl. There was close to no rice in a rice bowl and this time it was full of sauces no other taste just veggies dumped in some sauces.

Everytime when i order subway from here something's missing or less in portion.

What rubbish!! There washrooms are locked always and if i ask for keys, their answers be like its out of service. Please improve your service.

I get it's just a subway but it's so bad.
Terrible glove policy(noticable cross contamination), nobody ever understands what you're ordering, and every employee acts like the ingredients are coming from their own paycheques. I had the supervisor come up to check my sub and take cheese off and put it back because the guy had put 1 too many pieces apparently. Get what you pay for I guess.

I had very bad experience this morning, the lady was so rude in talking at 190 Cumberland street Thunder Bay . I just asked simple question as I was ordering pick up in the store and she was so rude and yelling inside with someone on phone was so disappointing. I just asked my friend even to place order and I think it was wrong decision in the morning. Bad and mood off!! Zero rating if it would be available

Food is always good but they forgot items when via skip the dishes delivery and it took hours to get ahold of someone on the phone. only option is to come to store and get missing items or when I order next time all I have to do is tell them my name and without any proof they will give me the missing items at that time. Will be interesting to see how that goes when the time comes - which could be months from now No ability to issue a credit/reverse the charges to my credit card which in this day and age I find unbelievable as well

I ordered online for dinner and it was the worst sub I have had in my life. It had no sauce at all. I had asked for grilled and toasted the bread was so hard and dry. My worst experience.
