I get it's just a subway but it's so bad.
Terrible glove policy(noticable cross contamination), nobody ever understands what you're ordering, and every employee acts like the ingredients are coming from their own paycheques. I had the supervisor come up to check my sub and take cheese off and put it back because the guy had put 1 too many pieces apparently. Get what you pay for I guess.

I had very bad experience this morning, the lady was so rude in talking at 190 Cumberland street Thunder Bay . I just asked simple question as I was ordering pick up in the store and she was so rude and yelling inside with someone on phone was so disappointing. I just asked my friend even to place order and I think it was wrong decision in the morning. Bad and mood off!! Zero rating if it would be available

Food is always good but they forgot items when via skip the dishes delivery and it took hours to get ahold of someone on the phone. only option is to come to store and get missing items or when I order next time all I have to do is tell them my name and without any proof they will give me the missing items at that time. Will be interesting to see how that goes when the time comes - which could be months from now No ability to issue a credit/reverse the charges to my credit card which in this day and age I find unbelievable as well

I ordered online for dinner and it was the worst sub I have had in my life. It had no sauce at all. I had asked for grilled and toasted the bread was so hard and dry. My worst experience.

ust went in around 5:30 pm and the woman making the subs was very rude. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and she pointed at both types of chicken, actually raising her voice at me asking which one I wanted.. the standard is usually rotisserie so I assumed by ordering it would be the standard build and there is no reason get angry. She rolled her eyes at me as well.
After I left I seen the subs weren’t toasted. Chicken was cold. In this image you can actually see how soggy and wet the bread is that it is actually mushy and falling apart. I couldn’t even really eat it because it was like there was water on it.
I would’ve let it slide if she wasn’t so rude.

My visit there was ok but not really happy with customer service
I think every sandwich was wrong. Wrong bread, wrong and wrong toppings. Edible but for almost $100 - not worth the money we paid. Totally disppointed.
Order 2 12 inch subs on the normal white bread. Mine was hard definitely not fresh bread. Other one was a bit better but also not fresh. Disappointing to say the least.
Ordered a veggie sub through skip. When it arrived I was surprised about how little veggies were actually in the sandwich. Mostly a bread sandwich.
