Worst service ever. They discriminate against older people younger people people who are not as affluent as them. I went in to order they can never get the app working nor the coupons and the subs I ordered were not cooked properly. It’s a different standard with the people who work one will be helpful and the other makes things worse. Oliver Road is the best they cook things to your specifications always use the app and always take your coupons if they come by email unlike red river road. Shame on you for laughing at an 80year old woman and telling her you won’t make her sub. You people are terrible I’ll be writing to your head office about this

Both washrooms are “out of order”. If you own this place then you need to get them fixed. You shouldn’t operate otherwise.

My sub was great but the bathrooms were a mess - no toilet paper at all in the men’s room (clearly it hadn’t been looked at in forever as they are not small rolls!) and not much left in the ladies room either. Both bathrooms desperately needed a good cleaning. It’s hard to not judge a restaurant by the condition of their bathrooms, this location needs to do better.

I always order a subway and select to grill it but they never did it and always argue that if you select grill it still we are not gonna grill it.

The little guy with glasses touched our food after browsing on his phone. You should have changed your gloves or waited one minute!? That's not hygienic.

Worst experience ever at any subway. Toaster oven was not working even i asked for grill they denied by saying sub is full so it will fire hazard. So we had to eat cold sub. Think twice before going there again !

The toaster oven has apparently been broken for weeks and the management wont do anything to fix it. Makes the food a bit worse than it should be and should be fixed asap

He put my sub down and gave it to me saying it was wrapped.. so i took it but the ingredients were all messed up and I couldn't hold yhe sub properly.

Not much positive you can say when you walk into a store you've been going to for a while at least 5 or so years I went in today and it'll probably be the last time I walked into this place and get some food there was food crumbs everywhere on top of the counter around the counter around the food around the containers the little garbage can that they have in the counter that they stuff the paper in looks like it's massively full is food all over the floor it looks like they use the dirtier cloth to clean the window that they pull down over top of the condiments ever since we've gotten a lot of immigration coming into this country the standard that we live at has been dropped dramatically and this is what frustrates me this is what makes me not want to eat out anymore people that come from a country where their standard does not like ours they're lowering the standard that we have so does she have to tolerate disgusting conditions like what I saw in this Subway I'm afraid to even eat my sub because I'm afraid it might have bacteria or some kind of food poisoning on it we'll see but it will be the last time I go here

Would have ranked the place a bit higher had they not over charged me for my sub. It was listed on the board menu as $10.20 and they charged me $11.45. When I asked why the guy at the cash looked at me and said “price change”. I told him it was illegal to charge more than displayed and he just laughed and shook his head.
Too many other options out there to start ripping people off…..bad look.
