Not much positive you can say when you walk into a store you've been going to for a while at least 5 or so years I went in today and it'll probably be the last time I walked into this place and get some food there was food crumbs everywhere on top of the counter around the counter around the food around the containers the little garbage can that they have in the counter that they stuff the paper in looks like it's massively full is food all over the floor it looks like they use the dirtier cloth to clean the window that they pull down over top of the condiments ever since we've gotten a lot of immigration coming into this country the standard that we live at has been dropped dramatically and this is what frustrates me this is what makes me not want to eat out anymore people that come from a country where their standard does not like ours they're lowering the standard that we have so does she have to tolerate disgusting conditions like what I saw in this Subway I'm afraid to even eat my sub because I'm afraid it might have bacteria or some kind of food poisoning on it we'll see but it will be the last time I go here

Would have ranked the place a bit higher had they not over charged me for my sub. It was listed on the board menu as $10.20 and they charged me $11.45. When I asked why the guy at the cash looked at me and said “price change”. I told him it was illegal to charge more than displayed and he just laughed and shook his head. Too many other options out there to start ripping people off…..bad look.

We stopped in on our way through Thunder Bay. The place can only be described as filthy. Tables, counters and food prep areas were covered with crumbs and did not appear to have been cleaned for some time. One of the washrooms had sewage on the floor they were cleaning up. Clearly, cleanliness is not a priority. Are there no health inspections in Thunder Bay? We walked out and ate elsewhere.

Best subway in the town! Friendly staff and one thing I've always noticed that in this subway the staff don't hesitate in putting more veggies on the sub and follow all the instructions very kindly and patiently!

On March 13th my partner and I decided to grab a bite to eat after a day at work. A simple visit turned into one of the worst customer Service experiences I’ve had in a while. From the moment we walked in the senior employee was barking orders and berating her colleagues all the while having an extended conversation with one customer during our entire visit. We are both beyond disgusted with how she treated her coworkers, and the way that customer care was handled by prioritizing certain customers and acting indifferent towards others.
