Very bad experience today……they gave spoiled jalapeños were spoiled…and the rest of the the veggies are about to be spoiled, bread is so soggy…..would suggest not to try anything here.

Ordered a Pretezel and it was like a hammer, I asked them how we can eat this, it's solid like a rock and she said this how it should be, ended up in the garbage.

I have never had such a good experience at a subway. The fellas working there today were exceptionally clean and organized. Not a single crumb on the cutting board, washing hands and changing their gloves for every sub, even efficient with asking me what I want ahead of time while the sub is toasting and positioning the produce bins so he didn't forget. Great job

Subway at Intercity is the worst. The toasted bread was soggy and wet, so gross. The chicken is never cooked, especially the crispy chicken, hard , raw and pink inside. Just too gross sandwiches and worst place to try food at the mall.

Not a great experience at all. Bread stale. The employee tried to put 3 pieces of tomato on a foot long. Ordered a pizza sub and cold cut combo. My veggies came up. I asked for little lettus on cold cut he put on pizza sub. I asked him to remove it. He then proceeded to throw the pizza sauce covered lettus back in lettus tray. Never again will I order from that location

I am extremely happy with the service they provide. I am so happy and the manager here veneeta is an amazing person in short. My husband had some issue with his subs last week but I would like to highlight the efforts she took to resolve the problem was highly appreciated. Thank you veneta for your assistance and service. Came from outta town had the experience of being treated like garbage today. The employees were talking about me, while I was ordering. But hey I guess if I was her age and still working at subway I’d be bitter too. Worst customer service ever.

me and grandson had lunch there today at intercity while my wife and my granddaughter ate food from another merchant (that review coming up). all I can say is YUCK. I've ate at subway in 5 provinces and this had to be the worst my wife picked me up a foot long cold cut combo while I watched our grand daughter at the table. I guess I should have specified sandwich and not soup because it was literally drowning in sub sauce it was running out over my shirt the napkins everywhere I hate about 5 of the 12 inch sub and said that's it i am done. the meat and lettuce was soggy it was like literally swimming. I asked my wife for the receipt so I could complain to corporate but the failed to provide her one so decided to go another route. AVOID at all bloody costs. bring a paper bag from home before you eat here I'd rather eat at your IN LAWS then eat here again.
