i wish i give them zero rating . i order for chicken teriyaki footlong sandwich the guy working there had zero experience of making sub's adding topping so cheap. i ask him to add open hand he reject. i was like paying for just bread.

Choose a different location, rude staff and don’t know how to treat a customer. After buying 3 subs I Asked for the sauce on the side and they said they don’t give sauce on side. When I tried to refill my drink for the first time for my combo they rudely said it not refillable and I have to buy another drink. They clearly don’t know the franchise rules or they’re trying to implement their own. I strongly suggest everyone deserves better so choose another location.

Hi we visited subway today and the old white lady who was serving was really rude. We felt really bad and the food size was low and the bread was broken. We felt like like we were ordering something for free and that was her attitude.

The staff used the SAME gloves to handle everything—bread, veggies, and even cheese—after touching pepperoni and other meats. As someone who avoids meat (or has dietary restrictions), this is completely unacceptable. Cross-contamination is not just unprofessional; it’s unsafe for people with allergies or dietary preferences.
When I asked them to change gloves, they seemed annoyed, as if it was a huge inconvenience. This is basic hygiene! If Subway can’t follow simple food safety protocols, how can customers trust what they’re eating? Absolutely disappointing, and I won’t be coming back.

This is the best place to get your subs. People who work there are kind respectful and the manager is fantastic.
The place is clean, washrooms were clean . employees are nice.
Did an online order for a breakfast sub the worker put a different bread by mistake and fixed it immediately very quickly . Followed all the orders.

I did an online order at 11:20 am and they prepare it at 12:11 pm. Also while I was sitting inside the store I heard manager talking about my order " I am sick of making BoGo Veggie Patties." Her name is Alie I guess. They were keep talking new orders who were coming in the store for order and not making the online orders as they should be because I ordered before others and I counted 12-15 orders prepared who came in store for order while I was waiting for mine to be prepared. And behaviour of the manager was soo rude and I'm sick of all the Subways in Thunderbay.

I usually dont leave bad reviews but omg i ordered 2 ricebowls on ubereats. They were half empty. There was no lettuce and barely any rice. Whatever rice there was, it wasnt cooked. Had 2 bites and threw it away. I am not pleased. $40 down the drain.
