I just got a salted caramel latte and a cookie from Sweet North. I wanted to mention that I appreciated the great service by the young people working the counter. They were quite busy but were perfectly efficient and did not rush service. Still took time to make sure we had everything just right!! Thank you!!

I've been going to Sweet North ever since they started out in the Farmers' Market. So disappointed with my visit to their new location on High Street. Ordered 2 Double lemon cookies. No lemon flavor at all,I had one and a friend had one and she agreed. Also bought the sandwich cookie,which is supposed to have cream between the cookies. Took 2 bites,searching for the cream,them separated the cookies. There was a miniscule amount of cream. Will not be returning .

Amazing coffee, especially the latte art. Knowledgeable staff, and friendly atmosphere.
Go for the treats and baking, but skip the drinks unless it’s like a basic latte. Their matcha is terrible, very weak and milked down. And baristas do not seem to be properly trained. I ordered an iced drink, got a hot one. Politely corrected the girl working and she just threw the hot liquid in ice and proceeded to give me a lukewarm beverage I paid $7 for. Not impressed.

You HAVE to get the prosciutto Gouda bagel (if your diet permits), it is something from the gods surely. Paired with a gingerbread latte and good company, the ambience of the restaurant and kind service of the staff make stopping at Sweet North an amazing stop every time I'm in Thunder Bay!
