I tried to make reservations for an annual family gathering with one of our party now being medically compromised. And I understand not taking reservations for people who can stand and wait so I was hoping that they would be able to accommodate but they refused citing that other people would be upset.

What a terrible experience....
My group of 3 friends and I ordered $100+ worth of food for dinner at 7:14pm. The food arrived at 8:20pm and 3/7 items were missing from the bags. I tried calling the store and waited on hold for 10mins. I hung up, called head office and they organized our replacement items at 8:30pm. By 9:45pm our items finally arrived and not only was the food cold but our 32oz chalet sauce was stored sideways and spilled half of its contents onto and into the rest of our items. All of the boxes were SOAKED with chalet sauce.
We normally really like Swiss Chalet but my friends and I will be avoiding this location.

Smallest chicken quarter that we can find in Canada , It’s not a chicken leg it’s a Quail Leg . Zero Value for money plus they messed up the order .Zero stars . It’s my first and last time trying them out , Try Montana’s Or Kelsey’s 10 times better than them !!

Reading the other reviews, it does seem that waiting is the soup du jour here. Would love to have eaten here, but nobody came to seat me and I was left standing at the front. Staff was nowhere to be found. Restaurant was not busy at all. Went up the road to Kelsey's and was seated right away - despite the restaurant being very busy.

Don't go for Beef Ribs....you will get a little meat and Rib bones are much such more than the meat and is highly priced. We had asked for draft Beer 🍺 but they said they don't have it and we had to get the bottles.

The take out counter always seems to forget something or get something wrong... managers should train staff to pay attention to details. ALWAYS LATE. And not even just a couple minutes late, I was waiting over 20 minutes and the lady next to me had been here for over an hour. What the heck? Service on the dine in side always seems to be decent.

Favourite location! Was greeted with such kindness even though we came in 30 mins before closing. All smiles and so speedy!
We waited 25 minutes for 2 meals, which were just chicken tenders and a chicken wrap. The chicken wrap was burnt. After telling the server of our disappointment, the manager decided to hide away in the office. The table behind us also told us that the food was cold. Disappointment

We tried this restaurant for the all-you-can-eat ribs. The ribs themselves were okay — the BBQ and honey garlic sauces were tasty, although the other sauces we tried weren’t to our liking. The bread that came with the dish was also good. Overall, the ribs were decent, though the presentation looked better in the pictures than what we actually experienced.
My wife ordered the chicken with mashed potatoes, and unfortunately the chicken was very disappointing. It had a strange, fibrous texture and just didn’t feel like good quality. For our little one we ordered mashed potatoes with green beans — the mashed potatoes were fine, but the green beans had no flavor at all and seemed very poor in quality.
Overall, the meal was just average. The ribs and sauces were the highlight, but the chicken and vegetables really brought the experience down.
