I tried the ribs before and it wasn't the best but I did try their chicken which is always good however the ribs are the worst ones I ever had I hope you guys change that it's a much needed improvement

I had the quarter chicken dinner & was quite disappointed at how small the piece of chicken was - very small & definitely not enough to fill you up. I've never been to a Swiss Chalet location that served chicken that small.

Quarter chicken portion was smaller than usual. Waiter nice and attentive but food slow coming out and slow to get bill. Baked potato dried out. Waiter has too many clients or kitchen is slow.
