March 12, 2025, 12:25-12:45 was accurate for thetime I waited in the drive-thru at Hyde Park in London. I started a call after ordering, and ended it when the window opened. I waited so long I did not ask for condiments, then again, I should have been asked, I should have gotten napkins and the 'Nacho' in my boxless value box was missing, they were just a plain bag of fries, that likely had been sitting for 15 minutes. I recommend you speak to the people at this facility, I will not go back again.

i have been here between 5 and 10 times. it’s been mid each time. the buddy told me we can only order 3 tacos a person? weird they don’t want to make money.. they’re usually satisfactory. the restaurant is always grimey. i have gotten hot cinnabon balls each time i’ve been. this time buddy gave me ice cold balls ? i brought them back and asked for a new set cause they’re always hot. he and his staff argued that they’re a dessert served cold? and i could hear them talking about me while they made the order for me again. the new batch was handed to me and buddy again reiterates that they will be cool or cold in the middle. they were actually FROZEN. i am not kidding you, it was freakin frozen. i spat it out and i will not go back. also no hot sauce? or napkins.
its incompetence. what mexican food joint ain’t passing out hot sauce with everything?

The biggest thing I want to share here is that we left a wallet at this facility. It had a fair amount of cash in it. It was 5 hrs later that we discovered it. We called and they had already secured it in their office. It was a week later till we were able to get friends of ours to pick it up. All the contents were still in it.

My coworker and I have been there about 3 times in the past 2 months. Food has always been consistent, hot and fresh! Service has been spot on and pricing by far the best overall! I don’t know the name of the gentleman that has severed us all 3 times but I will get it and edit reply! The only complaint I have is they don’t give enough hot sauce but I am going to ask for more next visit
Always check your food. We go there once every couple weeks and almost every single time they screw up the food. Last time they messed it up they spent time arguing over whose fault it was rather than just fixing it quick and moving on. They are also painfully slow. Don't go in a rush, you will not he out of there quick. Worst taco bell location I have ever been to. Pull it together folks.

Worst restaurant and service in thunder bay. Got our food wrong twice in a row and had to drive back 8kms. Third time waited 20mins in drive thru just to get our food made wrong.

Worst case of blatantly misleading/ false advertising I have ever seen. They do not follow any kind of corporate standard. Prepare yourself for the most paper thin taco you have ever had in your life. Ive been to taco bell before. This one in Thunder Bay is ruining it for everyone. We wonder why restaurant chains fail here. If they keep up this cheapskate act, it will be goodbye to them as well. As everyone catches on and stops going there.
