I’ve ordered from them about a dozen times in the last 3-4 years. Half the time they don’t honour the deals they have on.
I’ve also been trying to place the orders through their app for every one of them, just so there wasn’t any confusion.
Didn’t matter. Their app’s been “broken” the entire time. Over 3 years and you still can’t place orders!
Also very convenient there’s not a lot of contact info anywhere. Just 3rd party apps not all of us have. (Just Facebook for me. No twitter or anything else.) just a phone number for you to spend the day on hold on.
Is it really that difficult to put an email up there?

When I looked at the food before me, I began to feel happiness. These beef tacos are the delicious and good of the whole restaurant. Their delivery team at skip the dishes, are speedy enough for my attention span and patience. I awaited eagerly outside for the delivery. T’was the best!
Honestly just sad you can punch the order in correct but you mess up all the food? Idk whats going on, maybe staff cant read but this should be fixed. Literally spent $100 and you guys messed everything up.
