There ATM was acting up and they called the manager and the manager was a little old white Karen and there was 2 of us family's that ordered food and the manager chose the other family and said there food was free and we had to pay even though we were there first, so to that Karen manager your food was garbage and your attitude was trash and Taco Time is over pricedWheelchair accessibility: What wheel chair accessibility lol

I decided to give them another try so I order from them on skip today thinking it would be be. But just like every time I order from them they messed up the order they put tomatoes on my burritos all 3 and I am highly allergic. All they said to me was contact skip there’s nothing we can do. Okay didn’t know skip prepared their food. On top on that the girl who answered the phone she was ignorant! ???

I have always had great service at this location. The last time I was there, I had a large order and was short on time. I told the person serving me I was in a rush and she quickly got everyone on board and had me out of there fast and the order was perfect.I was very happy, left a tip and was on my way.See you next time you ladies are awesome !!!
I cannot emphasize how incredibly fast this place is. There are times that my order is done and being handed to me before I'm done paying. Very friendly staff and the food is great

Terrible service through the drive through Sept 15/23. No one was in line in the drive through and the girl taking my order was down right rude/arrogant. Cut me off as I was ordering saying “first window” since I needed to take a second to get the passengers order. I left as I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I will never come back to this location.

This is my go to food spot when I'm in TBAY. I like it because it's kinda different than Taco Bell (they don't have those in Western Ontario, well in Thunder Bay at least).I like the Queso cheese with the chips and the bean burrito. I like it because it's like a white Queso cheese. My mom liked the chicken hardshell tacos.It's mild in taste but I mean that's okay for me. If you are stopping in Thunder Bay, or just driving by, go here, go to the drive through and grab something tasty to eat.

As always the food is great. BUT, today in the drive thru the service was very poor. The girl spoke too fast, didn't give us time to get orders in the vehicle. Felt like I was rushed and when all said and done she screwed up my order, she totally missed me asking for the 3 soft tacos for $9.99. And when I said something I was told by another employee that all I ordered was.one soft taco which by the way was a mess. Poor poor customer service. Also maybe buying newer speakers for the drive thru would be helpful.

Food tastes bland, mexi fries deluxe certainly changed or was made incorrectly, (not the cheese sauce I remember, if I'm fact that was even cheese sauce on there?!). Asked for side mayo for 3 seperate orders along with salsa, only got 2 sides of mayo and NO salsa. And I asked for two medium hot sauce and one hot, I got all the same type of hot sauce. Plus someone wrote on my plastic drink bottle and I got marker all over my hands while eating. Not impressed.
