Was trying to order for lunch..the lady in short hair fair tone was taking the order she rolled her eyes multiples times and her behaviour was absolutely unappealing. Very bad and rude customer service. Would never come back again. Later on i specially went and asked the staff who she was, when she was not around....was told she was the manager.

Who doesn’t sour cream on their tacos what a rip off Fr forgot my hot sauce too so that taco was almost as dry as my friends 3 days old looking churro yuck

Just visiting my family from Thunder Bay and I used to live in Thunder Bay, my family and I don't have Taco Time in Toronto. The lady that was taking our order has absolutely no customer service she is the manager there so I was told. She hates her job so rude did not smile or say thank you or have a nice day.
She definitely needs to quite her job and or get some training in how to treat ppl. I also witnessed her be rube to her staff right in front of me. As we were eating she treated each amd ever customer the same my family and I.
Not a great experience. I won't ne returning to that Taco Time I will try another location when I return.

The mall Tacotime is below standards of the other ones. I wouldn't recommend it there.

Food and service were fine, but the manager was disgusting in the way she spoke to an obvious new hire. Not sure if racism is a factor but I could not believe the way she spoke to this young east indian girl who was just trying to serve a busy line with a smile on her face. Canada is a country made of immigrants. This manager needs to check herself and maybe find a new line of work that does not involve other human beings.

Surprisingly American style tacos. Love the hot sauce. Burrito was just like Taco Via's sancho.Only drawback a dying mall full of fly ins.

I have been to this taco time many times and it always has been a good experience, but on Thursday, July 27, 2023 around 1:30 pm there was this rude person on the till. Rolled her eyes multiple times while I ordered. No respect, no morals or values I would say. I started my order by sayin “Hi, Good afternoon “ and she repies, “what’s your order?” Lol. It was pretty disappointing.

I wanted Taco Tuesday tacos, and knew I that Taco Time did them for $2 on Tuesdays. However when I ordered online, I saw it was 3 for $7.99. This disappointed me, but I ordered anyways and wrote a request for them to honor the $2 price and give me extra tacos. They honored this request. Kudos, guys! That was really awesome of you!

Manager got my order wrong, she's too rude and miserable. Big stank face and attitude. So I didn't bother getting it fixed. The fries were old. I wouldn't recommend.

Worst service out of any fast food place I’ve ever been to. The staff are always miserable and rude. Will never tip there lol

One of the worst taco servers in Thunder Bay with very rude customer service. Please don't waste your time here.
