We went tonight for trivia and dinner we are regulars at the trivia nights we have always had a good time but tonight are waitress clearly didn’t want to be there not once did she smile she wasn’t pleasant she never asked if we wanted refills or ask how we were doing I had to clear are table twice she needs to be trained probably I don’t no her name cause she never told us she was a tall brunette thin covered in tattoos

Honestly, not sure if there was a previous flooding or something but the restaurant kind of smelled like old wet wood or wet towel, I went for food so the smell threw me off my appetite. It’s always a 10/10 place for atmosphere so I was upset till the excellent service took very good care of us. The food was great!

My partner and I had a lovely date here for some drinks and a dish. I had the Ceasar salad with chicken and he had the fish and chips. Both dishes were really good. Their mozzarella sticks were honestly THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. Loved that they served the Persian donuts (hot and delicious) Loved the "bartender chooses" beer. Small can for $5 and tall can for $7. Great price if you're feeling adventurous with your beers. Great menu. Good price for the quality. Great atmosphere. They often have live music here. There's open mic nights on Mondays. Will def be coming back as a regular customer.

Great beer and cocktails selection, excellent food, fun events. Even better: wonderful staff. I left my umbrella there before a long weekend and the servers and bar staff stowed it away and kept it safe for me, picked it up later without difficulty. Really a gem of a pub; you can't beat it.

I entered The Foundry to place a takeout order and despite being directed to the bar to place an order, I waited 15 minutes with no service while the bartender at the bar sat and ignored me to chat with another despite serving them one drink and talking for the rest of the time lol. I wouldn’t recommend it as I clearly present as an Indigenous person and I was blatantly ignored by the multiple employees at this place. I don’t know much about the food or drinks so I can’t comment on that but I don’t care if they don’t offer something as simple as common courtesy for paying customers.
Went to the foundry celebrating our 44 wedding anniversary. The bar staff were attentive and friendly! Alicia was over the top friendly and made our anniversary extra special. The halibut was wonderful. Thank you Foundry!!

Ian is an amazing server, we go out every Thursday for lunch today The Foundry was chosen. There is a group of us the food was good, we had fish and chips the portions were very generous and very tasty.
A big rave to our server Ian! He made our lunch experience outstanding. We have never been asked our names while dining and he addressed us each time by name. Although he was very busy with many tables he did not miss a beat! We hope you take care of us next time as we were so impressed with your style and kindness.
