The best and underrated coffee shop in town. They serve the best croissants (only available on Saturdays). Also has the best coffee - strong and smooth flavours (I do think their coffee is better than Starbucks!). If you like a not too sweet mocha or hot chocolate, this is where you can get it.
This is the only coffee shop my crew and I frequent for the high quality of drinks and pastries, and also for a good cause! This place is run mainly by volunteers, and the profits go back to supporting the community at Urban Abbey.

Ya know, what a cute little spot. They did a great job with the space. Perfect for some studying. A bit out of the ordinary though.

This place is much more than 5 stars. The interior is absolutely stunning, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The seating area is beautifully designed, complete with books and games to enjoy. Their coffee is excellent—I tried the flat white and cinnamon twister, and both were fantastic. They alter the pastries every other day. The barista is incredibly friendly and ensures you leave with a smile. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Thunder Bay.

I had a great experience at Habit Coffee. The best part was the great conservation I had with the owner before I even ordered☺️The chocolate croissant was amazing, as well as my mocha. I’ll be back when I return to the area.

Coffee quality varies depending on the barista the day. Good space to have a seat
This place is my favorite to go to have a coffee or read a book, especially if you have small children. It has a closed room specially equipped as a game room, with some chairs and tables for parents on one side. You can sit there to have a coffee and eat some of the delicacies they sell (or you can also bring your own coffee, no one forces you to consume the local one, although the money goes to charity, so it's worth it). You can also bring children their snacks and they can eat them in the seating area.
Don't forget to order before you leave! ???

My daughter and I stopped in on Thursday, August 1st, 2024. She loves coffee and I love churches. We were both well served. The staff are friendly and suggested we climatique to the Bell tower for the view. Inside the decommissioned church, the stained glass were amazing as was the strawberry rhubarbe cake! We highly recommended a visit.

This place is so cozy, it's got such a welcoming feeling and it's super nice inside, great for reading, studying, nice and quiet. A great hideout to get work done. Great to have a nice pastry treat and a good cup of coffee, tea, espresso, latte, juice or water. Highly recommend
