The Lamb Burger was amazing. There was live music in the background. The server was quick and courteous. Definitely will go back and try other items on the menu.

Had an amazing experience at the industry social house! I ordered the lobster tail gnocchi and my partner ordered the oxtail bolognese lasagna. We both enjoyed our entrees very much! Service and cocktails were also amazing. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Tried this place on a whim after hearing a few people mention it. The food was great (fresh and well-seasoned), the service was quick, and the atmosphere felt relaxed but still put-together. You can tell the people running it actually care about what they’re doing.

Our server Meggie was awesome , super friendly without being over the top, and actually knew the menu inside out. She gave good recommendations and made the whole experience better.

Thunder Bay has a lot of decent spots, but this one definitely stands out. Worth checking out if you want good food and service that feels genuine.

0 stars for the industry tonight. We arrived around 6:45pm and did not leave until 9:30pm. Pathetic when all we ordered were apps and pizzas. When we walked in, we were only given drink menus. About 15 minutes later someone finally came to ask for drinks. I mentioned their Instagram highlight that says Happy Hour after 7PM (which it already was), and the server said she “didn’t know what I was talking about” and would check. Ten minutes later she returned and said “we don’t have happy hour anymore,” despite it still being advertised on their page.

At this point we still did not have food menus. I had to ask specifically for them, and only then did she hand them over while also telling us “it will be slow because we’re busy.” There were four other tables in the entire restaurant.

Three of us ordered a bottle of Jackson-Triggs Sauvignon Blanc to share. Eventually our bruschetta tower and pizzas came. The food was borderline freezer-food quality and honestly not good. We were given no plates or cutlery.

Then the bills came and we were charged for a bottle of Kim Crawford instead of the Jackson-Triggs we ordered. When I pointed this out, the server insisted Kim Crawford is “the sauvignon blanc we asked for.” I literally picked up the bottle on our table and showed the menu. It was not Kim Crawford. Her response was “It is complicated splitting the bill in three so be grateful.” Be grateful? For what — the overcharge, the poor service, or the bad food?

We then had to wait another 20 minutes for the refund for the wine we never ordered. Overall: misleading advertising, slow and dismissive service, low-quality food, and then being overcharged and spoken to disrespectfully. Easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

We had a disappointing experience during our visit. Three of us ordered the ribeye, and my daughter had the lobster gnocchi. My steak was ordered medium rare but was served very rare. I sent it back, and it returned just as undercooked. I decided to try it anyway, but the quality and flavor were not what I’d expect from a $50 steak; it tasted more like a tough sirloin with fries, and there were no vegetables included.

After mentioning my concerns and not eating the steak, the waitress offered a complimentary dessert, which I declined. I then asked to speak with the manager, and instead, the head chef came out with a young man who claimed to be the manager. The conversation was defensive, and no accountability was taken. Later, we found online that the actual manager is a woman which made the situation even more confusing. We have no idea who we spoke to at the restaurant who claimed to be the manager.

Overall, it was a strange and disappointing experience that didn’t match the restaurant’s price point or reputation.

First time here, my boyfriend and myself split the poutine, artichoke dip and smoked salmon salad. Food was all fantastic we accompanied them with a limoncello spritz and white sangria which were both delicious and very balanced. Will definitely be back again!

The portions are very small! My partner really liked the lasagna though, and I liked my cocktail. Definitely don't recommend the chicken dish - it was dry and the sauce was bland.

Delightful find in industrial area of Thunder Bay. After a looong car drive we checked into our hotel and wanted a real dinner and bar vs fast food. We were delighted with The Industry Social House.
A gem find. We tried their vodka Caesar's, smoked salmon salad and fish and chips - delightful.
We enjoyed the atmosphere with indoor plants, friendly wait staff and very tasty cocktails and dinner.
