While spending several days in Thunder bay I did a search on local specialties, all the buzz was over the Persian, a cinnamon roll with pink icing. So we went to The Persian Man Bakery and purchased a few to see what all the fuss was about, and unfortunately we're disappointed. Yummy as always! We love to bring some back to our family in Calgary whenever we drive through Thunder Bay. It is nice how they have ones un-frosted for travelling purposes. It's best to order a day ahead just to make sure they have enough for you. We were lucky they had a few left for us when we called day of, but by the time we arrived for pick up at 3:00 pm they were almost completely sold out of everything!
