Drive thru terribly slow, been there 3 times all 3 time they got my order wrong.
Will not be going back to either location. Poor management!!!

Please do yourselves a favour and get a proper barista oat milk, not cheap oat milk that does makes lattes this color. This is after adding a ton milk at home on top of it. It should not be this dark, with a proper barista oat milk like Califia it will look like a latte with dairy milk. Also, not sure if you're using a syrup for maple latte because it tasted stomach-achingly artificial, just use a maple syrup!?

Food safety questionable, have encountered cross contamination twice and I am not here frequently. Staff do not appear to take allergen contamination seriously. Kind enough people, first time this occurred I was blamed and not believed, and I received a refund the second time with a small apology. I am disappointed in the lack of care this popular local business takes for its quality of product. The manager let me know “it was probably chocolate” on my food that did not contain chocolate.. I’m not concerned about the flavour of chocolate I am concerned about not being able to trust that people are properly changing their gloves, cleaning their stations and tools.. another local place off my list.. oh well.

Tried Sweet North again after being disappointed about a year ago. Unfortunately same experience, the turkey sandwich looked like it was put together by a two year old and the taste was just as disappointing. It really is too bad because this used to be one of my favourite places to go on a monthly basis when i would treat myself to a sandwich and a coffee.

I love sweet north’s coffee and treats but I was denied purchasing a cup with whipped cream in it for my dog today? They would only sell me a peanut butter cookie for him? He has allergies and is limited on the foods I can feed him so to deny a paying customer the ability to buy what they want for their dog is crazy - I love supporting local but I guess it’ll be any other local coffee shop instead because I have never had an issue elsewhere

Great new location. easy grab and go. Great cappuccino, pastries etc. friendly staff!!

Great family establishment with great food and service

Been there a few times now and everything is just average. If you're looking for coffee, I suggest you go somewhere else. Staff is never friendly and make you feel like an inconvenience.

For the price, I expected to be blown away. The pizza pretzel was ok. The sauce was ridiculous. I could have bought a can of marina for the same price.
