For the price, I expected to be blown away. The pizza pretzel was ok. The sauce was ridiculous. I could have bought a can of marina for the same price.

They treat everyone differently here... but they treated me with no good energy as to others. I'm Native and I like to go to places like this for treats but the the front person is NEVER WELCOMING to me as I see elders and white people going in with a nice Courtesy and get welcomed and get told they can seat anywhere but when it's me they never tell me their deals or what's fresh. Always giving me the leftovers and always act like I can't afford even my friend told me to not go there anymore but they are sweets that are very good but the worker in the front and the baker is not very kind to people or color.

FOOD IS AMAZING but the atmosphere is not there.

I was excited to try The Sweet North Bakery. Unfortunately, it was an underwhelming experience. Upon entering the store the counter staff told me to wait. He did not say hello. I was not in a rush and did not mind waiting but i thought he was rude. When he did wait on me he could not keep the two cookie order straight though store and drive thru were quiet. The situation worsened when a second employee became involved.He kept programming the point of sale device incorrectly and after the 4th attempt said it was my fault and my card was wrong, afterwhich the sale went through.I wish I had left without the product.Sadly, both cookie choices were dry and not worth the money.

The signature Creme Brule latte is wayyy better than Starbucks'. So creamy and light, with strong coffee flavour and is not crazy sweet. The Sticky bun, however, was soooo sweet! It is definitely a sharing item! I bet it's better warmed. I will be back again to try other items on their expansive menu!

Another drive through Thunder Bay calls for a stop at Sweet North. The mocha was perfectly crafted, not too sweet unlike others I've tried

I have loved Sweet North for years but it just keeps getting worse. There is no consistency sometimes the $8 PAF tastes like liquid gold but about 75% of the time its tastes like watered down milk. There is no consistency, and that's all a brand can bank on. Serious work needs to be done. They also need more vegetarian food options. Everything they have is covered in tomatoes which not everyone can or will eat.

Just a terribly slow drive thru. Tried about 5 times since it’s near my work. Never a line king enough to see as you pull in. It takes them about 3-6 minutes per car. Just go to Tim’s. I want to go local but they obviously don’t pay enough staff to effectively provide a drive thru
