Always has been a great environment. A fun place to relax with your friends and unwind. Food has been great, especially the deep dish Chicago style pizza. Really enjoyed the service and selection of food. Definitely coming back.

Fun place, decent food, friendly staff. No gluten information on the menu and not a lot of information known by the staff for dietary restrictions.

Dropped in for lunch in the middle of a busy schedule. Ordered a hot turkey sandwich. It came and was cold. Told the server and she brought more gravy. It was as cold, the last turkey was cold. Told the server, she said they were having problems with the oven. Could have been told me before I ordered. Didn't offer to replace my meal with something else so I had to eat a cold hot turkey sandwich.
Didn't give me a break on the bill either

Just spent the past week at the Scotties in Thunder Bay. The Tilted Turret was just across from the Fort Williams Gardens and a 5 minute walk from our house rental. We happened upon this awesome pub the first night for special coffees on the walk home and made it a ritual for the whole week!
We stopped in several times for delicious lunches or appetizers also not just for its convenience but because of its warm atmosphere and friendly owner and staff! They were genuinely happy to see us with each of our visits!
If visiting Thunder Bay I highly recommend this place on your list of places to eat and enjoy some great pub food and tap beers!!!

The person who was working, Stephanie, was very rude and ignorant towards me and my friends this evening. We went in around 11:30 and she didn’t even say hello or anything. Barely even glanced in our direction which usually I would understand if the place was super busy as I was a server for a very long time and I understand what it’s like. However, the establishment was completely empty aside from one customer who is already served at the bar. She walked right past us and with the rudest tone ever said” you will need something other than a Health card to get served”. And if she had been more polite about it or started a conversation with us prior to this interaction, it wouldn’t have upset me but the fact that she ignored us when we walked in and gave us attitude from the beginning is what made me angry. We ended up leaving after she walked away and we will not be returning because that treatment towards paying customers is absolutely ridiculous .

The rude fake blonde bartender tonight said and I quote “we need something other than a heath card” well I lost my drivers license and a health card is a valid id and I’ve never once been I’d before at this place! So overall horrible don’t go if you have a health card as she said she won’t server you.

Pizza is great. Servers were very attentive. Pinball machines are awesome. It's loud. Be warned. 😜
