The one cocktail that I ordered, the Bass Drop, was nothing of interest. Past that, I couldn't get a second drink to try anything else. The waitress on our side of the bar stood talking to the same three patrons. After the line not moving for 20 minutes, I and everyone else behind me just left.

I went in excited for their advertised oyster night, but what a joke. The oysters were sold out within 5 minutes of opening, which is just ridiculous for something they're heavily promoting. Undeterred, we ordered sushi, thinking it would make up for the disappointment. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes with no sign of our food, we decided to check in with the staff. They told us it’d be another 10 minutes, so we waited patiently. Another 10 minutes passed, and still nothing.
When we asked again, we found out they hadn't even started making our food. Apparently, they were catering to a large table before us, but they should've communicated this when we ordered. We should've been informed about the wait time upfront. On top of that, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the situation, which just added to our frustration. We asked for a refund and left—definitely not coming back.
The drinks were fine, but nothing special, and honestly, overpriced for what they were. The only positive was the friendly staff at the bar. But, overall, it’s clear that this place lacks proper management and communication. If you advertise something, make sure you have the supply, the staff, and the efficiency to deliver. Very disappointing.

Sat and watched bartender (who made eye contact with me )clean up,eat some food,take money from another customer, and then take another order from someone while I sat there. I gave up. Apparently, there’s a secret password there to get service…

LOVE, love, love this place! Jacquie was super friendly, hard working and very knowledgeable about their drink menu and gave fabulous recommendations. The Pillow Talk and the Bucket List were both super delicious! I also enjoyed a cranberry cider made in Ontario. My friends liked the ambiance and it was very clean too. They even had a guy playing the piano there while we sipped and enjoyed the space. Highly recommend meeting your friends here for a special night out!
