This place is getting worse and worse. Loaded with flies. I refuse to order food here because of this. Went through the drive thru recently and flies from the drive thru window flew into my vehicle. The worst is the Coffee, it is ALWAYS watery. I now drive further to the Edward St. Location instead. This location is just gross.

My husband went into Tim Horton's on May 27th to get a roast beef sandwich (toasted) through the drive through. When he got to work to eat his sandwich, he was quite disappointed that there was only one measly slice of roast beef in his sandwich. Subway gives so much more meat than just one slice. So pretty much my husband got a bun with lettuce and cheese and ONE slice of roast beef. Come on Tim Horton's do better, for $8.25. I know how much your stocks go for, and your revenue, so I'm sure you can afford more than 1 slice of meat. Unfortunately he will never go to Tim's again.

This is second time you gave me a different flavour bread (i ordered caramelized onion) idk if you just changed the flavour cuz you didnt have the one i ordered or you just dont know what it is, and they were always cold never heated. I had to get my office then used microwave to eat. I didn’t have time to ask for heat this cuz was busy in the morning. Actually I never got my bread warmed here. I don’t want cold bread for breakfast. I started buying a pack of bread from superstore and just get ready warm bread myself for breakfast now. I will not go back to this one.

There’s no option for heated for breads on app. They just give cold hard breads and pastries.. who wanna eat them ? And they just swap to a different bread when they don’t have one without telling

I was in there this morning. I didn’t know Tim Hortons has two kinds of lemonade. The cashier that served me today helped me figure out the right one I wanted. (The other location I went to last week gave me the wrong one) I was really happy with the quality of service I got today.
Good and bad for food and service. Little consistency and lots of order screw ups

First time at an actual Canadian Tim Hortons. It had way more food options than the store in the Minnesota had. Food was very good. Quick, and service was polite.

Dirty washroom and floors, tables not cleaned quickly. Untrained staff, order taken wrongly and fulfilled wrongly. No manager on site. No recycling. Busiest TH in Thunder Bay but very disappointing.
