It honestly depends on the day you come here on how the service will be. You come during the week 9-5...youll get exceptional service. But if you come on a Saturday or Sunday mid afternoon. They won't even get one item right... Yeah I order a coffee and an ice cap. Said with cream. And the coffee was three milk/three sugar. Got my ice cap made with milk.... And the coffee was made with cream. So completely backwards. I go in to complain about it and I get NASTY looks from the staff like I WAS the one who did wrong. Nope sir... You don't deserve to get what you paid for. That's how I felt.So again. Go Monday to Friday. AND don't pay with cash. They'll ALWAYS try to steal your change as a tip. But this is all Tim Hortons in Thunder Bay.

The dozens of Tim Horton’s cups trashed at the nearest bus stop between Sifton and Chilton is very gross, please do something about it. It builds up! Surprised the homeowners don’t do anything about it. I would be throwing all back outside your doors.

I love going to this Tim Hortons during the week. I stop here every morning and the ladies working the drive thru and the manager are always so pleasant, kind and the service is quite fast.I will no longer be coming to the this Tim Hortons on the weekend. The service is very slow. I usually stop by after the gym on Saturday and Sunday around 10/11 AM. The line up is usually very long both the drive thru and inside. Today when I went (Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 2:15 PM). My husband ordered 20 timbits and a coffee. The order was mixed up on the drive thru and they only gave him 10. When my husband corrected the order the drive thru employee charged him for a second 10 of timbits (instead of the 20 timbits which is a bit cheaper). My husband went inside to let the staff know and the staff were extremely rude (specifically a younger/teenaged white male). Who said to my husband “I don’t see what the problem is, you ordered 20 timbits and got 20 timbits”. I am so disappointed in the service on the weekend. I have nothing but outstanding things to say about the staff who work Monday-Friday AM but I will not be coming on the weekends.
