Some of the drive through servers are some of the rudest people ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. Being treated like trash for having physical impairments and asking server to swipe my card i recieved unjust comments and attitude. Even manager actions were unbelievable. No wonder there hardly any line ups or costumers there like there used to be.

They make the Too Good to Go app pick up a pain. It doesn't need to be that way. They do not seem to realize that you have already ordered and paid for your order. The store can do better.
Two bad experiences, both with managers, one was a regional manager, apparently. There are other places to order from, I'll move on.

I’ve had numerous problems with this TimHortons location. I’ve given them multiple chances and have reached out to managers/supervisors expressing my concerns but they don’t make any changes to help. I’ve ordered multiple times waiting in a 20minute drive through to grab some bagel's and soup. They either give me the wrong bagels or give me none at all and I have to waste gas to go back and have my correct ones made (which 90% of the time they ran out of the kind I wanted but didn’t let me know), Or they’ll mis-hear me (which is completely understandable) and I go inside instead of waiting in a drive threw again to get my missing bagel, but since they misheard me I now need to stand inside for another 20 minutes with a line out the door to pay for the bagel I should have gotten in the first place (and have melted drinks now!). It’s very frustrating and not something that’s only happened once or twice, it’s been the last 3 times i’ve went in a row so far and wasted gas going. They need to train their employees better or at least compensate their customers in some sort of way for wasting gas when they should’ve gotten everything at once.

The food is good and the staff are nice but it was very slow. Took probably 15-20 minutes to order. They need to figure out a more efficient system.
