Paid extra for vanilla shot, tasted it, felt joy from coffee for first time in days. Much appreciated and oddly difficult of late.
Location was clean, quick and after sitting for a few hours and testing three coffees elated to report all brought joy, I would bring Mary Kondo here.

What a disappointment grabbed breakfast after driving all night and was in line in drive thru for 10 minutes head back on highway and here’s my loaded sausage croissant! Thanks 😡 I sure wasn’t about to turn around and carry in my sleeping baby or wait in drive thru again.

Google says they close at 11pm went to get food at 10:15pm even the menu says dinner from 5pm till 11pm they told us they’re policy was no food past 10pm why have it on both Google and the menu if you aren’t going to honour it?!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location On July 12 at night near about 10-11. I went there for a coffee but there was a Gujarati guy.That guy who helped me was inattentive and seemed frustrated. My order was wrong, and when I pointed it out, the response was dismissive. I expect better customer service, especially from a brand like Tim Hortons. Hopefully, the staff gets some additional training in handling customer interactions more professionally.

Service was quick and polite! Was with an American who had never visited a Tim Hortons before (had actually asked to stop at a Tom Hortons if possible!) and the staff were patient while she asked questions.

On July 11, approximately 10:30pm, i visited and interacted with an employee [ gujrati ].
Unfortunately, the employee’s behaviour was unprofessional and rude. This behaviour made me feel disrespected and frustrated.

I hope someone take this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to improve customer service

Poor service and rude staff at closing time. I had a really disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff member at the counter was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. I felt rushed and unwelcome. Customer service should be a priority, but it clearly wasn't here. I hope management addresses this issue so others don't go through the same experience.

Tim Hortons has the worst coffee in all of Canada at an absolutely ridiculous price. Tastes like old cigarettes butts. $10 for 2 coffees and a bagel. You can make it at home for an entire month for the price of three visits. Timmies you have truly lowered the bar.

staff is so extremely rude and sassy for no reason. i started laughing because they “were out of” everything that i asked for and the guy told me to be quiet and if i needed emergency help. then proceeded to mess up my order , drenching my sandwich in sauce to the point it was inedible, and added whipped toping to my quencher and when i told them it was no whipped topping, he just scooped it out and gave it to me. apart from the fact that the drinks were half way full. extremely unprofessional and rude. this isnt even the first time ive had an interaction like this at this tims.

Very very very unprofessional. Lady with redish purple hair was complaing about how it was too busy to properly do her job and that her friend keeps calling on her personal phone …. Wait 19 mins to take my order for a coffee. She made me repeat my coffee order. Double double 3 times and still made me a coffee with only 2 creams while telling the client on speaker that theres 10 cars behind him so and shes all alone when there was 2 staff there and was only 3 cars in the drive thru and 2 people including my self inside … very very very unprofessional and i will never be going back to this tim hortons again

Id be worried to see if this girl got a real job where actual rushes happen as she wouldn't be able to handle it professionally
