We used the drive-thru to pick up breakfast before heading out onto the highway. The staff try hard to make sure our order is correct and the food was perfect this day.

Only Tim Hortons in the city that is somehow “out” of ice coffee every time you go there. Tim Hortons doesn’t have cream and coffee?

My favourite thing is an Ice Capp. I get one every chance I get which is almost everyday! Today for my birthday a family member dropped one off. The colour and taste was off I was so disappointed. They were on their way to work and long gone....but to my surprise a friend called and said they were coming by !! I called this location and asked if they could please remake it and I would have someone pick it up to which they said only if I returned the bad one.... (this would be ALOT of driving this location was only convenient to the person who originally got it for me and to get the bad drink turn around and return it would be about 20-30 minutes) . The customer service left me defeated and in tears after I hung up ..... horrible customer service not how you should treat people....
