The manager here is a horrible person. He came into our store yelling and calling people a liar. It was truly embarassing that he is allowed to own a business when he's such a child.

The girl in the front she is always taking the orders and she is very rude to the customers.
I never see a smile on her smile. She always in angry mood. If its really too much for her so she can have some rest. Why you treated people and make them also in bad mood

I love my experience at this Tim hortons! I always order the same thing, iced coffee with sweetener instead of cane sugar. Sometimes a sandwich or soup. They always get it right, and sometimes they’ll have it ready for me while I’m still waiting in line. Really makes my day as a mall worker much easier. 10/10, my favourite Tim’s in town.

I bought a drink the cup was broken and refused to give me a new cup or drink they continue to call security on me and my family for a 6 doller drink I even said I would just pay for one and they refused they were really rude and unprofessional here worse Tim hortans in thunderbay maybe even in all of Ontario do not recommend

This was honestly one of the most disgusting experiences. I went to Tim Hortons today to grab an iced coffee, and to my absolute horror, I found a fly floating in my drink.Completely unacceptable.This isn’t just about a ruined coffee. It’s about basic hygiene and food safety. How does a fly even end up in a sealed drink being handed to a customer? It makes me seriously question the cleanliness of the entire place.

she put ice on my whole glass, ice coffee it doesn’t mean just fill it up with full of glass of ice . there some standard or measure for ice.
