Had a wonderful experience at this tim hortons! Avery took my order and was friendly, efficient and quick! My coffee was very fresh, made exactly how I wanted and extremely quick too! I also watched her serve people in front of me displaying exceptional customer service skills! Kudos to Avery for making this place great. The manager should definitely give her a raise!!!
As my first visit, I was not familiar with the menu. In all fairness, it was morning rush hour and went through the drive through. The server was a little impatient and food was ok.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the Tim Hortons team on Arthur Street! Honestly, they’re one of the best teams I’ve seen. Even though their space is tight and busy, every single employee works so hard and stays kind, respectful, and caring.
