They totally messed up my order again, which seems to happen about a quarter of the time at this place. I watched through the drive-thru window as one employee stopped another from putting my classic breakfast sandwich in the bag. Then, a minute later, they tossed in another one. I figured they must have made two and the other customer needed theirs first. But when I got to the office and opened the bag, all I found was a single sausage in a bagel that I didn’t even order. A very strange order indeed. No egg, no bacon—nothing. Usually I forget about it and let it go, but for the first time ever I went back the next morning to speak with the manager, and she flat-out refused to help me because I didn’t call or email as soon as it happened. She said it was Tim Horon's policy, which I think is total BS. As a result I now drive out of my way to the Sibley Drive location every morning because they rarely mess up, and when they do, they actually take responsibility. This manager was awful, and her attitude of not caring about customers explains why this place has the longest lines in the morning, with one lane always closed when I go. The wait times are ridiculous, and the screw-ups are constant. I have two jobs, one right next door (50 feet away), and another one off Alloy Drive. Yet I now drive all the way to the college just to avoid this location. Seriously, you guys can't own up to a $3 mistake? I have been to every Tim Hortons in the city and not a single other one is this bad.

I was here to grab a coffee at 11.00 pm today.As there are not many cars(3 cars ahead of me) in Drive thru but those people took 20 mins to take my order and 15 mins to deliver it to me... Worst service ever

Fast, friendly service. Neat, and clean. Came back after an appointment close by, were very kind to reheat my Sausage and Egg, as I didn't get a chance to eat it right away. Made my day :)

very very disappointed in this Tim Hortons. my partner and i came here for breakfast this morning; he ordered a farmers wrap and i ordered a bagel belt, and we both got large PSLs with an extra pump of syrup, and 20 timbits as well. the only good item we received was the bagel belt. the farmers wrap was LITERALLY the size of my fist, and the contents of the wrap were not stacked on top of each other but instead placed in succession (like, one bite would have a whole hash-brown and the next would have none and only egg). it was cold by the time we received it. the timbits had barely any variety, and the pumpkin spice lattes were awful. one of them tasted like it had 3 pumps of syrup, and the other tasted like it had 1. AND - i am honestly incredibly grossed out by this - there were chunks at the bottom of my latte. i’ve attached a picture… but i’ve gotten PSLs from Tim’s before and have never had this. it’s making shiver thinking about it. very disappointing.

Ordered maple bacon croissant along with wildberry donut and ice vanilla latte this morning and I asked for oat milk since I can't have lactose, I paid for it cause there's like extra cost for oat milk but still got the wrong order, how is it hard to pay attention and do the order right? It always happen its like 3 out of 5 my order is always messed up. I also worked in a food industry and I know how hard it is, but the fact that its not even busy but still got my order wrong is crazy. I'm so tired of this.

Service dropped a lot in the last 4 years. I ordered an Americano coffee and a blueberry muffin but in-house and everything was done for to go. No service station for updating my coffee or a plate for my muffin. Wee bit dirty in the floor corners but mostly everything clean around here. Customer service can get way better by more asking to service to the customer.

Tim Hortons is about convenience and consistency - this one is not. It seems they are often understocked with their menu items. I've gone on different occasions and it seems that there is always something, i.e. no hash browns, no ice coffee, etc.

Me and my sister went through the drive-through to get two extra large triple triples at 2:25 Monday July 8th. Took a sip of our coffee before we left. The drive-through tasted likemopped water. I went in and got them to redo the coffee twice and it was still undrinkable mind you i was being polite i told the staff that the coffee didn’t taste right i even talked to the manager. My sister had to go in and when she asked for the manager they lied and said he was not there and they had to remake the coffee 3 more times before it was drinkable and it was the worst coffee yet. While waiting in the dining area i noticed mud, spilled drinks and food all over the floor and i was get attacked by flys. The staff were lazy and not doing anything but talking bad about their customers in front of me thinking i didn’t understand their language but i did. They were so rude the place was disgusting and their coffee was HORRIBLE.

This is the worst Tims in town to go to in terms of rudeness and food availability. Theyre always out of something and want you to rush. Drive 3 minutes to the next one
