For the most part this place is good. I give this place lots of business but Today there was an issue with the customer in front of me with a gift card purchase. There was no manager around. No one knew what they were doing. I was on a coffee break. I can't spend all my time waiting in line. I will still support isolated incident. Saff is good and friendly

They hire people who don't understand and take your order and give the wrong order, they need to either hire people who speak and understand English and provide proper training so that when you go through the drive thru your order is correct, three times I repeated my order and the girl still repeated to me something else! Got home only to find out my whole order was wrong! What a total waste of time and my money, don't ask me what I want if your just gunna put what you want in,not ever going back, they don't even deserve one star,called back and the girl gave me attitude and not even an apology, and said the one that took my order three times and still managed to get it wrong understands ENGLISH, me and my family will now boycott Tim Hortons.

I truly don’t understand the point of mobile ordering when I still have to wait ten minutes ON TOP of the 20 the order was placed for. At least it was fresh, but still made me late for work.

I once waited 35 minutes for a farmers wrap then witnessed them spit and lick my wrap before giving it to me. The staff are very racist and rude to all the customers. They often get orders wrong then get angry when I ask them to fix it. I would recommend that you avoid this location at all costs.

If u enjoy asking for something u didn't order. This is the place for you. They need to change all their items to a number system or just speak English . Can't support this one as they do nothing to fix the issue. Update. Made the mistake of stopping here again and wow. This place could not be any worse, screwed up the order yet again didn't have what was ordered but yet they took my money first. Then this little girl had the worst attitude I've ever seen. Please just shut down. This place is hell.
