If I could give the s store a negative ZERO for the speed I absolutely 💯 would. The lady ahead of me waited 20 mins for a single soup !!
I literally waited 10 mins for 2 single hash browns.

So sad ..!!!

I’ve always had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff are always welcoming, genuinely friendly. I always get my lattes from here and they get it perfect every single time. No other location has managed to make it quite right like they do here. Really appreciate the consistency and care.

Disappointed with the service. I ordered for steep tea. At the drive-thru window, the employee had an iced capp. I notified him that I ordered a steep tea and he quickly checked and brought a steep tea. I was already charged for an iced capp. I asked him about the money, and he said they are all the same price which I believed. Later, I found that it's not true. Instead of refunding the difference he lied to me.

I’m a regular customer at this Tim Hortons location, but the evening and night shift service continues to disappoint. On July 14, I once again had a frustrating experience. I ordered a steeped tea, and as usual during these hours, it was served cold instead of hot.

I also ordered a quencher with less ice, but the cup was still half filled with ice, completely ignoring my request. When I went back to politely address the issue and asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told that both the person who made and served the drink were supervisors. That honestly made it worse—because if the supervisors can’t ensure basic service quality, what can I expect from the rest of the team?

This is not a one-time issue—it's been happening frequently during the evening and night shifts. It’s extremely disappointing as a loyal customer to keep facing these problems. I really hope Tim Hortons management takes this seriously and makes improvements here.

For the most part this place is good. I give this place lots of business but Today there was an issue with the customer in front of me with a gift card purchase. There was no manager around. No one knew what they were doing. I was on a coffee break. I can't spend all my time waiting in line. I will still support isolated incident. Saff is good and friendly
