Good experience. Everything went smoothly. I was told they do not carry maple doughnuts here. So if looking for those, go to another location.

I experienced the quest customer service ever at this location. The staff seem very incompetent to serve even the simplest order. I requested to grill the croissant so that it’d be crispy to apply butter; rather they grated in the oven making it really soggy and inedible. Came here to have a Simple snack and coffee after an exhausting day, only get it ruined by untrained and inexperienced staff. And she told that she is a manager, Hope this does not happen again.

I am a regular customer of this Tim Hortons .Sometimes one girl takes my order Lovelen she always speaks rude and shows attitude . Even she don’t listen order carefully . This thursday I ordered large Iced coffee she gave me Steep Tea . I have to repeat order 3 times every time . My husband also noticed same thing . While picking up order at window I saw her many times she also speaks very rude with her coworkers . Not expecting same treatment again .
I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this Tim Hortons. The food quality was unacceptable. The veggies in my order were rock hard, clearly not fresh, and completely inedible. This is not what anyone expects when paying for food, especially from a well-known brand like Tim Hortons.
What made the situation much worse was the behavior of the staff. The manager was very rude and showed no professionalism at all. The order taker also had no sense of how to speak to customers and was extremely disrespectful. When I asked for a refund due to the poor food quality, instead of handling the situation calmly and professionally, the staff started arguing among themselves in front of me.
One lady clearly said, “I don’t want to give the refund, I am off—ask someone else.” This response was shocking and completely unacceptable. As a customer, it is not my responsibility to deal with staff conflicts or be passed around when there is a genuine issue. The whole situation felt embarrassing, disrespectful, and very poorly managed.
I spent around $25, and for that amount of money, I expected at least edible food and basic customer service. Instead, I was treated rudely and made to feel like my concern did not matter at all. This experience has seriously affected my trust in this location.
Tim Hortons needs to urgently review the food quality standards and properly train staff—especially managers—on how to treat customers with respect and handle complaints professionally. This was one of the worst service experiences I have had, and I hope serious action is taken so other customers do not have to go through the same thing. I am looking for compensation for this in any way.

I’ve always expected a basic level of cleanliness from Tim Hortons, but this location was very disappointing. The washrooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned recently. There was an unpleasant odor, overflowing trash, and overall it felt unhygienic.
Clean washrooms are a basic expectation for customers, especially at a busy food establishment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their cleaning standards, because this experience definitely affected my visit.

Visit at 16:45 and out of soup and chili for the day. This location has a high patronage by older customers that prefer this food item. Order taker was condescending in attitude around this. Not a fan of this location today.
