Visit at 16:45 and out of soup and chili for the day. This location has a high patronage by older customers that prefer this food item. Order taker was condescending in attitude around this. Not a fan of this location today.
In recent visits to Tim Hortons there is a sense of customer service and respect arising. Location face-lift in aesthetics and functionality has improved both client and employee morale. A cleaner and fresher environment uplifts the ambience for Cafe style elegance instead of a fast food frenzy. Smiles are bigger and energy is higher. Tim Hortons offers a good selection of healthy foods as well as a plethora of sweets to calm the sugar toothed fiend. I'm upgrading my rating...
I’ve always had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff are always welcoming, genuinely friendly. I always get my lattes from here and they get it perfect every single time. No other location has managed to make it quite right like they do here. Really appreciate the consistency and care.
