Great coffee, pretty good espresso. Employees here are very friendly.It is worth mentioning that this is a hotspot for thunder bays most vulnerable people. The bathrooms here are this side of the town's new safe injection site. Be prepared to wait between 5-20 minutes to use the bathroom.There should be security employed at this location.This picture isn't a reflection of the store, the employees here make do with what they're given. And they're not given much.

Takes a long time to even get a order all staff will see us walk in and they just stand there and keep talking constantly to each other and joking around with each other.Also it's always very dirty in there and when you make a complaint it's like they don't even care.found hair in my farmers wrap and my coffee had alot of curdled cream in it and when I brought it back they made me a new one and it also was curdled so I gave up tossed everything out and well they got my money and I got nothing so haven't been back sinceWheelchair accessibility: Right by the door

Staff focuses too much on drive thru leaving a line up in store front. I go every evening because I work on that side of town this is the closest tim hortons in walking distance from work.It is the only tim hortons i go to where i am stuck in line for 20 minutes just for 1 cup of coffee.I prefer the Tim Hortons next to Montanas steak house or the one at On the Run on John street road and Valley street area. Staff is so much more friendlier and happier locations.

Staff here are great and have to put up with a lot. The area is rough and with that comes a lot of problems. Drug use, and everything that goes along with it. People ODing in the bathroom, passed out outside, fights outside, etc etc.

A few gripes as it pertains to the May St. location.What's the point in having a mobile pick up area when the staff doesn't pay attention to it?Wait in line to get a coffee....takes forever.I placed mobile pick up order before I left the house thinking it'll be ready when I get there...might as well have stayed in line. Same result.Also, the app said you were out of an item I wanted. I walked in and saw an abundance of them.Most times when I go in, there is a line of at least 5 to 6 people with one register open. You definitely have the staff to support a second open register. Please utilize it. When there are...questionable people placing ridiculous orders and digging for 20 minutes to find the change needed, open up that second register.Now, you have a credit card? Why? I don't understand that logic.This location can be great but it is definitely requiring some changes. The new people try their best but the support for them is lacking.Edit: lowered my review. This location is getting worse. Twelve people working and only one register open. Pathetic.
