They never have french vanilla, thry are always cleaning when I order.
Every time I visit Tim Hortons, they seem to never have French Vanilla available because the machine is “always being cleaned.” It’s incredibly frustrating to go in expecting something and leave disappointed repeatedly. If maintaining the machines is such a challenge, maybe they need a better system to keep popular items like this consistently available. Definitely makes me think twice about returning.

I quit going to this location a while ago, my order was always wrong. Large steeped tea, one milk. I never have taken sugar and I dont order coffee ever but I have received coffee many times here. Its pretty much the same thing every day. I went on Tues Oct 1st because its close to my house and I was heading out of town. I should have went to starbucks or robins. I got on to the highway and found my tea had sugar in it. Too late to turn around and go back and at this point Im just done with this location. Its so convenient for me on my way to anywhere I normally go but I will drive out of my way to Memorial so I can have my order done right.
This location (Waterloo st) is really the best Tim’s in town! Always friendly service and fast. If there is ever a mistake with the order, they make it right with any hassle!

Second time at Tim Hortons. Being from America this is the best place we went in terms of food. The menu cycles too much though and the print is too small. Long story short it led to confusion where a donut order was missed and the cashier yelled at my kid. All a miscommunication turned out but kinda wild she flipped out on him. That being said I'd still go back. You can cuss my kids out for these egg and steak sandwiches.
