Extremely disappointing experience — and it’s not the first time. I went in to order a coffee and a snack, and once again, they gave me the wrong item. When I pointed it out politely, the staff member was rude and dismissive. Sadly, this seems to happen all the time at this location. The staff are consistently unfriendly and show no effort to provide good customer service. It’s frustrating as a paying customer to be treated this way. Management seriously needs to step in and improve how this store is being run.

Quick friendly service. Clean and inviting atmosphere, was my review but the manager at this place is rude and doesn't understand I wanted half hot chocolate, half decaf with 2 cream. Well apparently a mocha is the same price now according to the manager and it is how it's supposed to be punched in and enforces it with her staff. K, it's the same price and, if you want whip cream you have to ask or they are supposed to ask but no one asked me, and cocoa sprinkled it's more but she was rude and never let me get to the point that I didn't even get my cream or is that extra now too. I will never go to the Tim's on balmoral again. Five stars down to 1. I would give you 0 if it was possible. Garbage everywhere, never used to be like this but americanization at its worst.

The best Tim’s I've ever been to. Excellent customer service. Always clean and the staff are amazing. Always smiling and very polite. However, your exterior door accessibility has been broken for a considerable amount of time. Can you please ask management to address this asap.

I had just ordered a grill cheese with bacon. Worst grill cheese I've ever had. Cheese wasn't melted at all!!! Greasy like he'll. Had to throw out. Couldn't eat it. Disgusting. Possibly better training for your staff. Won't be going there any time soon.
