They're always slow as sin. They mess up my ice caps and forget the flavor shots all the time I get better service at busier locations sometimes

I am very disappointed with the manager (not sure her name) as she refused service to me today. I ordered a croissant with butter and cheddar cheese toasted. I asked the lady please toast it with the cheese and butter inside because every time I came here (very often) the butter and cheese was freezing and the bun was hot. I received my croissant when I got home it was cold. I went back I showed it to two ladies one didn't understand me so she got the next lady to come (the manager) and I said would you eat this. She then refused me service to fix or make me a new one. I am very disgusted with this behaviour and I am not pleased with the lady neither she was very rude does not know how to speak. Very unfriendly, they clearly do not care about their guests or how they give their food/drinks. I've had others problems at this location as well too many times.

I am very disappointed to say that my local Tim hortons that I used to enjoy going to every morning has now refused my sister and I service. This afternoon we had ordered a croissant and requested to get it heated with the cheese on it as the heat usually doesn’t hit the centre and the outside is just burnt. The lady then gave me another cold croissant and I had gave it back again and asked politely for it to be fixed. Both the employee and manager then proceeded to tell me they will not make me another one or warm it up. They refused to serve me. I am very disappointed and upset that my local Tim hortons has such poor, unprofessional, rude, customer service. Please forward this to the store owner:( they are really messing this Tim’s up.

It was really good experience visiting this store. I was in drive thru and it was so quick. The order taker, i think her name was Aparna explained about the new barbeque chicken box really well and was really patient and nice. Would recommend the place

I would like to talk about the store front person, her name is Bindu.She explained me about the icedcaps and the different flavours.
(Funny story:I myself ordered the wrong iced capp one day i went to her hoping to get replaced she smiled and immediately changed the drink to my preference after consulting her supervisor.)
Even my family members will do the skip and the way she says the skip or Doordash drivers to have a seat always melts my heart.
She is my personal favourite.

Extremely disappointing experience — and it’s not the first time. I went in to order a coffee and a snack, and once again, they gave me the wrong item. When I pointed it out politely, the staff member was rude and dismissive. Sadly, this seems to happen all the time at this location. The staff are consistently unfriendly and show no effort to provide good customer service. It’s frustrating as a paying customer to be treated this way. Management seriously needs to step in and improve how this store is being run.
