This is the best baking in town. The creativity of the owner and pastry chef is unparalleled in Thunder Bay. I've been told by more than one person that the croissants are the best they've had. I cannot wait for the Christmas goodies and stocking stuffers! The lumps of coal and caramels are incredible.

Uncommon baked goods has become a Sunday tradition for my family! Grabbing a delicious cup of coffee every time we come here and being greeted in such a friendly way! Omg! Is this little shop amazing. If you’re craving treats, come here. It is my favourite bakery in town. Every product is 10/10. Very rich flavours, even something as simple as a pumpkin tart or a cookie is just so much better than anything I’ve ever had. Can’t say enough good things.
