A few days ago, my experience at Wacky’s crossed the line from disappointing to outright appalling. While I rarely write negative reviews, the blatant disregard for basic customer respect and fairness compels me to speak out about how poorly this situation was managed, which should have been simple to resolve.
Three friends and I dined at Wacky’s, where our server was pleasant and the food enjoyable. Later, my friend and I each purchased a $12.50 (tax-included) 60 minute game card. **Minutes after paying**, a manager abruptly informed us that those under 19 must leave without a guardian. While I respect age policies, **not a single employee**—including the staff who *sold us the cards*—bothered to disclose this rule beforehand. It is utterly unacceptable that your team processed a transaction for a service they knew we’d be unable to use.
When we calmly requested a refund or equal compensation, the manager responded with condescension, refusing to address the issue fairly. Instead, he offered a **single** $10 card to split between us—a slap in the face after we paid $25 total. His dismissive attitude, refusal to explain the denial of a refund, and implication that *we* were causing trouble were unprofessional and insulting.
Wacky’s failed on two fronts: **communication** and **accountability**. If minors cannot use the arcade past a certain time, **do not take their money**. Don’t sell us something you’ll yank away five minutes later. And when your staff makes a mistake, own up to it. Don’t make customers feel stupid for asking to be treated fairly.
We demand a full refund for the two game cards we were unjustly denied. This experience has permanently tarnished my view of your business.

you may show hockey but for being a "sports" bar with 2 85 foot screens to stop showing UFC is terrible. place used to get PACKED for big fights....and for the "manager" saying "it just costs to much money and not alot of people come" is a croc.... ONNNNNEEEE table would be enough to compensate for the $80 or $100 PPV terrible decisions by managment.

After ordering a burger with fries, a BLT sandwich with fries, a French onion soup with Greek chicken salad, a poutine and a Mac& Cheese dinner to go, We waited almost an hour to receive the above, also after my grandkids tried to play video games, they were told the system was down & out of order. The waiter gave us 10% refund off the bill, yet I will tell people to avoid this restaurant/gaming bar.

we used to like wackys until tonight when we ordered it on uber, a whole item from the order was missing, super disappointing, and the cheesy fries (9.59+ tx $) had a BREATH of cheese on them and parmesan fries (9.79+ tx) had unmixed glops of sauce, the picture is after i tried to mix it up. Both dishes are pictured below, so awful i genuinely thought it was a joke. i understand that effort if they where an included side or under 5$ but 10$ and that’s what you get?! yikes.the wings were alright but everything else was so upsetting to say the least.

Changed the burger to freezer patties there disgusting but won't give a refund just they changed there burger to cheap crap it definitely was not a smash burger and the waitress said they changed there patties they are freezer patties

I have placed order of Antojitos & 6pc wings at midnight. When i came home, the wings were cold. When called the restaurant, The night manager started arguing about having a thermal bag. I don't know his name but he was very unprofessional and rude. He said he is not responsible for the food 10 mins after I ordered it. I was their regular customer, Will never order from this place again. Very disappointed

Ordered take out. Omg worst wings ever. Not cooked. Red meat . Onion rings. Really. Got 10 ice cold. For the price we paid not happy. First time I had their wings and never again.
