A little out of my comfort zone with the wacky crazy vibe , but the manager / host was so amazing. Food was great. Love a place that has tater tots ... just saying. We had boneless wings were good and a million sauces to choose from. For date night in thunder bay this is the spot

I ordered the nacho fries and mozzarella sticks and quite honestly it was a pretty solid meal, the nacho fries had a kick to them which I liked and the mozzarella sticks were hot enough to the point I could do a cheese pull. I also ordered the strawberry chiller which was a pleasant cold drink that was suitable for what I ordered, server was nice and very helpful and would come around and ask if everything was good which was well appreciated, I would like to try their other menu options next time I am in town❤️

Wacky wings is one of the best places to go to eat. The service is great. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is perfect and the manager eating came over to see if everything was good. That little interaction was great thank you to the manager and to our server she was the best friendly polite, helpful I can't recommend this place enough

When I entered this place I was completely amazed. I was not expecting to find this sport bar with games for my son in Thunder Bay. The waiter gave us great recommendations on what to eat and also they gave our son some toys as a gift. On the other hand, the place was quite empty (probably because of the hour.. aprox 10pm) and the food was not really good (except for the wings which were delicious 😋)

A few days ago, my experience at Wacky’s crossed the line from disappointing to outright appalling. While I rarely write negative reviews, the blatant disregard for basic customer respect and fairness compels me to speak out about how poorly this situation was managed, which should have been simple to resolve.
Three friends and I dined at Wacky’s, where our server was pleasant and the food enjoyable. Later, my friend and I each purchased a $12.50 (tax-included) 60 minute game card. **Minutes after paying**, a manager abruptly informed us that those under 19 must leave without a guardian. While I respect age policies, **not a single employee**—including the staff who *sold us the cards*—bothered to disclose this rule beforehand. It is utterly unacceptable that your team processed a transaction for a service they knew we’d be unable to use.
When we calmly requested a refund or equal compensation, the manager responded with condescension, refusing to address the issue fairly. Instead, he offered a **single** $10 card to split between us—a slap in the face after we paid $25 total. His dismissive attitude, refusal to explain the denial of a refund, and implication that *we* were causing trouble were unprofessional and insulting.
Wacky’s failed on two fronts: **communication** and **accountability**. If minors cannot use the arcade past a certain time, **do not take their money**. Don’t sell us something you’ll yank away five minutes later. And when your staff makes a mistake, own up to it. Don’t make customers feel stupid for asking to be treated fairly.
We demand a full refund for the two game cards we were unjustly denied. This experience has permanently tarnished my view of your business.

you may show hockey but for being a "sports" bar with 2 85 foot screens to stop showing UFC is terrible. place used to get PACKED for big fights....and for the "manager" saying "it just costs to much money and not alot of people come" is a croc.... ONNNNNEEEE table would be enough to compensate for the $80 or $100 PPV terrible decisions by managment.

That was not the first time. But was the best one. We got respect and kind welcome and greetings seeing as, it was a birthday dinner. Thanks WACKY's for such a good night.

We were greeted and seated quickly by a friendly staff person. Our drink orders were filled promptly. We were in a section of 5 tables but when our food orders were placed they were enteres as 5 separate tables. 3 out of 5 tables got there food at the same time. The other 2 tables waited another 10 plus minutes for their food. This was very disappointing. She did not come by our section to ask how our food was or if we needed anything else. After our meal we weren't asked if we'd like coffee or dessert, we had to go find her to ask for it. We had to find her one more time to pay the bill at the end of the evening. Par for the course I suppose. All in all the experience was not good. I would expect more for a $350.00 bill.

I made reservations for a family of 6 the food was great and we were having a great time playing games until we were asked to give up our table for another group coming in, we had intended to go back for dessert and appetizers and shakes for the kids after they were done playing games. There was 2 more large booths empty and another one that was available it just needed to be cleaned. I've been to wackys multiple times but this was the first time I decided to bring my kids and getting kicked out of our table when we were celebrating an occasion was just awful !! Gonna take something amazing for our group to ever come back again.
