I was brought here for the first time while visiting Thunder Bay and it was fantastic! I was told this is was the go to place for sushi and they did not disappoint! We were placed in a private booth, the staff were very friendly and attentive the various sushi and appetizers we had were super delicious! The sake was nice as well! Good Sushi is hard to find in the Thunder Bay area, but this place was good. While I was there they had a buffet and a regular menu, I chose the regular menu. The beer was cold, the soft shell crab was delicious, and I had the kamikaze roll, which was good. It was very busy, so I think that means very good food for a good price.
Will go there again the next time I'm in the area.

Had dinner at Wasabi Japanese Restaurant with a few friends and it was a great experience from start to finish. The food was flavorful and well-prepared — my friend had the sashimi, which was fresh and beautifully presented, I went with the Thai green chicken curry that had a nice kick to it, and another friend had the wonton soup, which they really enjoyed. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Definitely a spot worth coming back...
