I wasn’t gonna write anything about this, but imagine killing a fruit fly with a spoon and putting it in a Wendy’s bag? Took the drive through last week and found this, there’s no fly anymore just a stain of it on the wrapper, my girlfriend and I couldn’t believe it. I usually love Wendy’s but until the entire staff line gets fired I won’t be returning to the memorial location:) and side note I ordered a baconator combo xtra cheese xtra bacon and large coke no ice, mayo on the side. Why is there a spoon in the first place. Additionally if you scroll down the review tab you’ll see 5 stars in almost all of them, and when you wonder to yourself why are there random 2 and 3 stars, it’s because the owner is botting this page, food chains do it all the time

They messed up every single item. I picked up the food drive thru. Firstly, they forgot fries. I came back home and checked the food. They didn’t remove ingredients I asked for.

The quality level of Wendys dropped a lot since my last order nearly 4 years ago. Burgers were still done very good in quality taste wise but the list of order choices and the ambiente around here was pretty lousy. And sad to say is that the customer service person on the desk was extremely hard to understand with broken nasal English language.
I went through the drive thru yesterday and the women who was working there was so rude. she kept cutting me off and giving me attitude. she made a snarky remark towards me about the amount of food i was buying because i was alone. it’s absolutely non of her business what i buy. unfortunately i don’t think me or my family will be coming back as she made me extremely uncomfortable.

I went to this store to pickup a skip order but the woman at the drive thru was insane..she had no manners whatsoever and was very rude. This really brings down the brand. Honestly a very bad experience.

Got double charged today because this location’s debit machines aren’t working properly. Not cool. Not the first time I’ve been double charged here. Probably never coming again unless my money gets refunded. Unfortunately have been screwed out of almost $40….
