This is the second time we have eaten here and we thought we would give it a second chance. The first being breakfast and that time was abysmal.
This time - I ordered a jr cheeseburger deluxe — the bun was dry, cold (like it had come out of fridge), the burger was flattened and not fresh like Wendy’s likes to advertise. The only tasty thing about it was the pickles.
My partner had the spicy chicken meal. First she did not get that he wanted cheese on his sandwich and cheese sauce on the side for his fries. She stared at him blankly and he had to explain it several times. then she passed him his cup and rather than holding it up on outside - clasped cup so she had fingers in cup; his bun was also super dry, it was a very pathetic piece of chicken, the fries were not fresh and were limp and cool.
Overall just not up to Wendy’s standards at all. Is this what convenient food restaurants have come to now? Paying $18 for food that is not edible?

Dining room a mess. Food was cold and reheated. Too much mayo and ketchup on the baconator. Fries cold, cheese disgusting.

I took this down to a one star review where it will remain for this simple reason. I do not eat pork, so I often get an extra egg instead which also costs the restaurant less thsn bacon or sausage. Despite already making more off the order, they decided to grossly upchrage me for swapping in the cheaper ingredient and removing the more expensive one. Last time I go to Wendy's. congratulations on burning a customer. I will never visit this locstion again and encourage others to consider if it is the right choice or not for them. My previous review was stellar but I guess it was just a one time good experience. This isnt the first bad one I have had at this location.

I had such a great experience at Wendy’s the other day! I went through the drive-thru and ordered seven Baconators (yes, seven 😄), and I couldn’t believe how fast everything was ready. I was literally still sorting drinks in the car and paying when they handed me the entire order hot, fresh, and perfect. The team was super efficient and friendly. Honestly, you don’t see that kind of speed and service everywhere. Definitely coming back!
