Dining room a mess. Food was cold and reheated. Too much mayo and ketchup on the baconator. Fries cold, cheese disgusting.

I took this down to a one star review where it will remain for this simple reason. I do not eat pork, so I often get an extra egg instead which also costs the restaurant less thsn bacon or sausage. Despite already making more off the order, they decided to grossly upchrage me for swapping in the cheaper ingredient and removing the more expensive one. Last time I go to Wendy's. congratulations on burning a customer. I will never visit this locstion again and encourage others to consider if it is the right choice or not for them. My previous review was stellar but I guess it was just a one time good experience. This isnt the first bad one I have had at this location.

I had such a great experience at Wendy’s the other day! I went through the drive-thru and ordered seven Baconators (yes, seven 😄), and I couldn’t believe how fast everything was ready. I was literally still sorting drinks in the car and paying when they handed me the entire order hot, fresh, and perfect. The team was super efficient and friendly. Honestly, you don’t see that kind of speed and service everywhere. Definitely coming back!

I genuinely love going to Wendy’s it always feels like a good experience. My last visit was through the drive-thru, and everything was super smooth. The food came out hot and fast, and the staff were all friendly and polite. What really stood out was the manager she was so kind and welcoming. She even came over to the window just to make sure everything was okay with my order. It’s those small things that make a big difference. You can tell she runs the place with care. I’ll definitely be back again. Great service, great people!

ordered a burger , i made a mistake and forgot to order no ketchup. paid for the order and i realized just as i received my bag of food. i asked politely and nicely to get it remade and apologized for forgetting. the employee at the window gave me attitude and looked as if he wanted to decline. i held my burger out and he reluctantly took it and shook his head while he walked away. i noticed and it made me upset so i mentioned it to the employees, he came back and asked me what was wrong. i told him that his behaviour was rude and he told me that i should have ordered no ketchup at the speaker box. i told him that i made a mistake and he visibly looked annoyed. he walked away and did it again. second time he did it made me mad at this point, so i called him out. he came back and apologized.. the parking lot was empty, i was the only vehicle in the drive thru so not like my request was making anyone wait the extra 1-2 mins it took to re make it. won’t be returning to this location. if you’re annoyed with a customer at least wait to express it when you’re no longer in view of the customer 🤷🏻‍♀️
