Went through the drive thru today - what the hell is going on here? Tried to order chicken nuggets and this lady rambles through the sauce options so quickly with zero annunciation (heavy accent) that it took 2 minutes just to get her to understand what sauce I wanted, only for her to give the wrong sauce in the bag anyway. Not only was the sauce wrong, both drinks were wrong, the burger was wrong, and the size of the fries was wrong. In total, we ordered 8 items, and there was a failure rate of 50%. Yea it's Wendy's, but your only job at the window is to get the order right. If you can't do that, find a different career!
When we went back to correct it, the lady argued with my husband at first, saying he was the one that didn't ask for these specific things (????) but did eventually get him the correct burger, drink, and sauce. Didn't bother about the other drink and fries as we got what we paid for and those things weren't a huge deal.
Not saying don't go here at all - usually this location is fantastic and we had a good thing going with the guy that's usually at the window just beware and check your stuff before you leave the lot :)

Kind of a disaster. First of all I ordered an extra Patty they didn't give it to me then they took the bag back from me and put a patty in there and it was burned. Or pretty crispy. Not impressed.

Out of all the fast food restaurants in thunder Bay the Wendy's on red River Road is absolutely terrible. The food is not prepared. Well, customer service is even worse, and my food was lukewarm. I'll never go back to Wendy's and thunder Bay again

The large fries on board is 3.90 something and on system they were saying it’s 4:30 something . Are you guys scamming !! Either change ur system or change the board . Bad customer service .
