Absolutely vile. Ordered cheese fries and a baked potato. Baked potato was even in the bag. The fries were cold, stale and didn’t even have the cheese sauce on it. Disgusting and will NOT be going back

I ordered 1 simple chicken tender meal through skip. They did not give me the frosty i paid for. Zero utensils in the bag which was needed, zero napkins, asked for butter but they gave me bbq sauce instead- even though i never asked for it?...Baked potato was rotten. ROTTEN. i ate a good 2 spoonfuls until i realized thats not what a potato should taste like then spit it out. When i dissected it, i saw the spoiled hole in the side of the potato. Smelled like mold. Chicken was cold. i guess i should have settled for bread and water. I feel absolutely sick now. -5/10 never eating here again

“I stopped by Wendy’s on Red River Road during a busy evening with a large group, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They were polite, organized, and handled our order swiftly—even going out of their way to ensure everyone was served hot, fresh food. Great service

stopped in last Saturday evening, went through the drive-thru. the lady sounded rushed and rude, they just wanted me gone. when I got food, the fries were stone cold and soggy the patty didn’t look cooked properly. On top of that, I didn’t even get the drink I paid for had to park, go inside, and ask. lady at the counter gave me a cup but honestly for $15, I’d rather just hit up McDonald’s — at least there, the food’s consistent and doesn’t leave me feeling ripped off. This place just wasn’t worth it.

The whole property is run down from the completely smashed in drive through speaker screen to the giant pot holes in the drive through and parking lot. Picking up garbage, cleaning the place and maybe paint would help. As for the service, sub par, server sounded rude. No Frostys as per usual, too lazy to get the machine going because it is summer and they are on sale. Waited forever for our food, cold fries, burger was ok. Local burger places are better and cheaper with friendly service. Fortunately, there are hundreds of choices for fast food and we will Not be choosing Wendy's until they clean up their act. I would recommend skipping this place and try a local Burger restaurant. For $34 for two burgers and two med fries, you'd be better off getting Sushi.

Yesterday, I visit wendies for the first time and Staff was so friendly and professional. I like the way they serve there customer. I really like there french fries it was so good and fresh. Restaurant interior was also clean and tidy. So Overall, I am very satisfied with this Wendy's service.
