Longest, waiting time at drive-through I’ve ever seen in my whole life
Indian workers were so rude. Store hours were not followed and it was dirty.

Bacon was old and like cardboard and burgers were dry. Update on this after speaking with the main office still nothing has become of it and I am still out two meals that are garbage.

This location used to be great, not sure if management has changed but the east Indian workers are extremely rude and have no personal skills what so ever. Not only do you have to wait in line every time for your food for at least 10 minutes. 70 percent of the time they claim they are out of something. When you pay by debit, they hand you the machine and walk away expecting you to just hold it till they come back, I've just started tossing it in their window lol. Like heck I'm gonna sit there and hold it until you feel you want to come get it from me, the whole 1 second it takes me to tap my card. This place is just awful.

Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before anybody came. Got our food and left we were traveling through the burgers had to have been the worst baconators we have ever had do not feel very well after eating here I guess it should have been a sign when I noticed there wasn't very many people around there

Imagine being a fast food restaurant that gets none of the items on the menu right while being adjacent to a McDonalds. Top tier business plan right there. Who knows, maybe when this abject catastrophe of a Wendys branch goes under the next owners will fix the giant sinkhole at the drive thru entry.
If I could give the entire experience a negative rating I would. Get some workers who understand the names of your menu items and you might someday meet Lower Manhattan Bodega quality.

Just your average Wendy’s restaurant filled with staff who are there to pay for things while in school. They aren’t punctual for opening in the morning (not sure when they actually open the drive thru, but it isn’t 6:30am as advertised) and the restaurant is moderately clean most of the time.

Food was really good. They gave me the wrong(but similar) burger, but were very nice about it and let me keep it. I think it was because it was a new employee. The restaurant, food, and people were nice.

Very dirty, only care about skip dishes or Uber etc deliveries ….extremely poor customer service and almost always get order wrong….don't speak or .understand English .

I took my father to the doctors yesterday and after the appointment we went out for an early super at Wendy's in Thunder Bay Red River Road. We walked in and got our meals and I was getting our drinks and the owner wanted to give my service dog something but I had to say no because he was working, so he instead paid for Dad and my ice cream Frosty. I have to say thank you for the very kind gesture you made for us we were having a great day and you made it even better. Thanks.

I was at this location, this morning. I asked for the breakfast deal and the guy said “ the deal is over”. I got my sandwich and I was exiting the drive thru, then I saw this poster saying make it a biggie for the exact deal I asked the guy. I checked the mobile app and it was showing the same deal. If the workers in morning are too lazy to make stuff, just say that. I came back home gave them a call regarding the same and the guy who answered the phone was saying whatever he wanted and wasn’t listening to me. Basically I paid 7$ just for a sandwich, where I could’ve gotten an entire platter. Forget the money the way that guy spoke to me was super rude and mean. I am pretty sure it was the same guy who answered my phone, with a long beard. All he could say was come to the store at 9 Manager will be here. I don’t have time for these kind of nonsense and I won’t be going there for Breakfast anymore.
