Honestly don’t bother. I work all over the province and when I am here, I keep ‘forgetting’ and going to this location when I want Wendy’s. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I am reminded why I don’t want to go to this one anymore. They forget your items, constantly run out of items and ingredients, take wayyyy too long, and NEVER … and I mean … EVER get your order right. Even simple things like a burger meal with gravy tonight…no fries in the bag. Thanks for the useless gravy. Lol. Don’t waste your time or money. Just don’t.

Wendy's in Thunder Bay is awesome! Their chicken is super tasty, and I can't get enough of the Frosty. The staff is fantastic—always friendly and helpful. Plus, the place is super clean and neat, making it a great spot to enjoy a delicious meal. Definitely my go-to for a satisfying fast-food
Who ever is in chqrgw of this resturant needs to be fired and all the staff, this is no excuse to make food this poor, they microwave everything, who ever owns this place i hope you suffer.

The website, google, and the staff all told me they opened at 630 Am. I got up early, packed up my toddler, and headed to Wendys. It's now 7am, and I am the only person here. No staff have arrived yet. To top it off last night at 945PM I came to this same location and they stated they were already closed. This store is in a prime location and the busiest fast food strip in the whole city... but yet somehow they just cant get it right here.
