They can't do more than 1 order at a time. Do yourself a favor, stop somewhere else if you want food. Indians running this and have no clue what they are doing, and only 1 cook and 1 running the front! Also, burger was cold after waiting 20 minutes for them to make it!

In the absence of a single staff member, I was left waiting for 20 minutes. The food arrived cold, and the onion rings were so sticky it felt like they were mixed with saliva. Everything tasted oddly bad. It’s like it looks like Burger King, but eating it feels nothing like Burger King. For a standardized fast-food chain, it’s truly impressive how poorly they managed to execute this.

Didn't expect much from an on route burger king, but this place is quite below average. Employee argued that the item on the menu isn't part of the deal, asked them to read their own sign but they still denied it. Burgers were alright, but the outside of the bun was covered in ketchup.

This is the 3rd time stopping here as we drive back and forth from Richmond hill to Windsor and figured it would be better each time since we love Burger King. We were wrong. We go to order only to see a sign that says that they can’t toast our burger buns. Maybe be proactive if it’s broken and toast them on the grill with the Pattie’s. We ordered a side of onion rings and realized they were not in our bag as well as the 3 apple pies. The first time we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. The second time we stopped they had no chicken. If this is privately owned then maybe someone should be looking at the franchise owner because they are really making the name of Burger King bad. Check your bag before you leave. I think they are forgetting to put things in the takeout bags on purpose since they know we can’t turn around and come back as we are on a highway. Please rethink going here. We gave it 3 times and this will be our last time going there. We will drive another hour to the next enroute before we ever go back to this one. If we could put zero stars we would. 1 star is too good for this place.

I kept on calling the person who was standing 50 meters away from the counter and she deliberately didn't listened to me. I stood and called her atleast 5 times before i finally left. Never had a rude encounter before like this.
