I don't expect fast food from a chicken place... this location is great, food is 9 times out of 10 fresh outta the fryer. Service is friendly, always, and they keep it clean, all you can ask for out of a non fast food restaurant.

I went in the KFC in Tilbury today and the girls were super friendly and it was very busy but Melissa and Alexa were very quick on my order and I find the chicken in this store is the best around. This is the only kfc I will eat from bad experiences at every other one but tilbury keep up the good work ladies

went to get supper one of them was mopping other was sitting eating, Went to get out they were talking to each other pissed off that I was there, She threw mop against the wall in anger because I showed up So I got back in truck and left, As I was leaving, they were smiling and laughing. won’t be back (3 hrs before closing)

Worst KFC in the system. Never has chicken, even at peak times. Dont expect walk in service, order online or call about an hour in advance. If your hungry, down the street is a McDonalds or go to Chatham/Windsor if you want something quick.

Tilbury KFC is by far the best KFC in Chatham Kent. I don’t know what it is you guys do but keep up the good work the chicken taste way different than any place in Chatham Kent or anywhere else I’ve ever been. I got food poisoning from the KFC on Keil Drive. That’s when I stopped eating KFC altogether. I tried KFC in Tilbury and their chicken is fluffy and crunchy as for the other places it seems like they are soaked in grease a total turn off, but I will drive all the way from Chatham to eat at Tilbury KFC anytime I crave it. They are the best keep up the good work. The girls that were working this morning were very Pleasant to deal with my order was perfect and was done in a satisfactory timely manner thank you and keep up the good work
