Best KFC I have had it at least 5 years!! Used to always go to Chatham but now they both suck! Lady at the counter was really nice! It was hot and fresh, their gravy also wasn’t basically water which was delicious!! I actually had a good size piece of chicken on my sandwich when last time I had one in Chatham it was paper thin!!

KFC IN TILBURY YOU DID IT AGAIN!!! THE BEST WE HAVE HAD IN YEARS!!! To our friends and family no matter how far away you are you must come to this KFC!!! On a scale of 1 to 10 it is by far at least a 20!!! Beyond highly recommended!!! And the bathroom was clean and warm!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC branch. A staff member told me to wait 5 minutes to place my order, but even after waiting for 15 minutes, no one came to assist me or take my order. The staff seemed unprofessional and ignored customers who were waiting. I eventually left without ordering. Really poor service – hope management takes this seriously and improves customer handling.

Love this old kfc. Brings me back to my childhood. The staff here are amazing. Super friendly. Ordered a 10 PC my food was hot, fresh, super juicy white meat. Loved it! Thanks for dinner tonight! We will be back!

My visit to KFC Tilbury was amazing! We were greeted by a very friendly cashier, bubbling with enthusiasm and eager to help us. We received our food that was very fresh and hot. When we arrived home our meal was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this KFC to anyone.

I've been dining here for years. I can't believe how many comments about wait times. This isn't fast food people. I always have great service when I come in, sure it may be a bit of a wait at times but the staff here is always great. Often they are short staffed at no fault of their own, so they do the best they can. I personally would rather wait for fresh food than get something that's been sitting 20 minutes and at best mediocre.
Me and my friend ate here. Food was great, just a small wait. Will come back.

I don't expect fast food from a chicken place... this location is great, food is 9 times out of 10 fresh outta the fryer. Service is friendly, always, and they keep it clean, all you can ask for out of a non fast food restaurant.
