RANT to Tilbury McDonald’s!!

Decided to get breakfast this morning, mistake I guess. Order one sausage and egg McMuffin meal, 2 hotcake happy meals. The girl giving me my order didn’t even call my order number just said “for you” and didn’t even give me my drinks. One of the boys working realized I was still waiting for something and got them for me. They I get to my car and find that my sausage and EGG McMuffin is just sausage… so I go back in for that. Then I come back and find I’m missing 2 of my 3 hash browns. So I go back in a second time and have to wait for those. They gave me no issues with getting the missing items, I shouldn’t have been missing anything though. They have so many people in there just standing around staring. I watched the girl at the drive thru on her phone multiple times. Another girl just standing around. The girl giving out the orders needs to use better language than “for you”, you’re supposed to call my order number and maybe if you did that you would know I had drinks also. Before anyone says “you haven’t been in their shoes”, I have worked fast food and McDonald’s was dead at this time when I went in. There’s no excuse to forget multiple items when half th workers are standing around and on their phones. Clearly this is a management issue because they let this happen.

Th absolute worst Mc Donald's i have been in since i was Toronto 2vweek ago. The drive-through is the only priority. If you walk in you wait because no on runs the till. I refuse to use the order screen because my oder is never right. The staff are clueless about customer service. Which means the owners only cares for money generated from the drive through. Walkins get treated like dirt. This is my 3rd visit to this establishment. Never again.

Several visits where they forget things - straws, even sandwiches. Signs all over the building that say 24hrs. Definitely not open 24hrs.

Decided to grab a Hot chocolate for the trip home moments after leaving while trying to take a sip the lid flew off and dumped Hot chocolate on myself and my wife nearly causing us to swerve off the roadway.
Upon further inspection the rim of the cup was crushed, as if hulk was on shift today
Thank you for the joyous 1.5 hr ride home while wet and sticky.

Ordered a cheeseburger and unwrapped it when I got home. I’m not kidding when I say I unwrapped it and a FLY flew out of my burger. I put a flash light to it and it laid eggs under my cheese. I called and he told me I can “bring it back” but he doesn’t “see any flies around”. I am not kidding. This is the most disgraceful and disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in my entire life.

So this guy named Martin did an absolutely amazing job talking our order and getting us outta there as fast as possible and honestly I think he deserves a raise and a promotion, he showed major leadership aspects in the short time we sat at the drive thru window

This is probably my most frequented McDonald's location. It's conveniently located and they take pride in their customer satisfaction. However, they could use to focus a little more time on the upkeep of their washroom. It's a frequently used spot. It tends to get rather disturbed.
