WORST TIM HORTONS IN CHATHAM KENT! watched most of rhe employees run the drive through while the people inside waited to be served. Then watched as not only my food but two other peoples food sit and get cold for 10 min aftwr coming out of the toaster while the employees waitied on the drive thru. This used to be one of the best Tim Hortons around and now ill be telling everyone i know to stop coming here.

Incredibly slow. Lots of staff moving at a snails pace. Waited at least 9 minutes for 2 people in front of me who only wanted drinks and donuts.

Went through the drive through and there were wasps surrounding the window, ordered a bagel Belt and it did not have lettuce on it and Belt spells out bacon egg lettuce and tomato, asked 2 times for the bagels to be cut which you should have too and none of them were cut! Get your stuff together! Do better.
the worst Tim Hortons experience I’ve ever had. The service was without a doubt the slowest I’ve ever received. The delivery driver was swearing in the drive thru unloading his truck. I had to place my order 3 times. And the girl came back on the wrong speaker giving the other car the total of my order. Then she came back on my speaker to ask to take my order again. When I got to the window I was charged the wrong amount and the ice coffee was made wrong. And to top it off she had a bad attitude. I will never go here again.

At the front desk, the lady was very rude and I got to know she was manager. I asked for four cheese twist and she said I asked for Bagel. Who eats Bagel without cream cheese ? Also, I ordered potato wedges they were not fresh over cooked. Please avoid coming here.
