I went through the drive thru Thursday October 23rd at 9:30am. The male order taker was very pleasant over the speaker, and the female at the window was exceptionally friendly and outgoing. Kudos to the manager of this Tim hortons for hiring such pleasant, professional staff!

I live in Chatham but have family in Tilbury. When I join my family for parades, the drive thru haunted house etc - I always see representation by Tim Hortons. They are giving away free hot chocolate and today I was at the CK job fair and Tim Hortons was there giving away timbits. All I can say is that this is being noticed...appreciated and thank you for giving back to your community.

I got the worst service ever. You guys should know that you represent tim hortons so treat the customers well if you dont want to do the job then go find some other job but if you are doing it do it properly and learn what customer service means, i had a very bad experience in the drive thru yesterday august 29 evening

The night shift here really struggles with efficiency. It consistently takes several minutes just to prepare something as simple as a coffee and a muffin. While customers are waiting, staff often stand around having conversations instead of moving the line along. At 4:30 in the morning, they can barely handle two cars without causing a backup as more vehicles pull in. This hasn’t been a one-time issue—it’s been happening almost every morning for the past month. Very disappointing service.
This is a very busy Tim Hortons, tilbury needed one more Tim Hortons, it is extremely busy place, but they are giving very good service, at time they are short on parking, i live next door to This Tim horton and it is steady take out 24 hour a day, Tilbury definitely need one more Tim Hortons

I ordered a double stacked English muffin meal with a hash brown and an iced Capp through the app. It took about 5 minutes to get to the restaurant and it was waiting for me when I got in. Something seemed a bit off with the sausage patty but I got an extra hash brown. 9/10 experience. Will come back
